The salad bar is limited, there was lettuce, with the choice of either 'Catalina', 'Strawberry Poppyseed' and Ranch dressings. We would have appreciated water at our tables but they did come around with coffee refills a couple times Salad bar was above average with fresh items and a nice variety of dressings and fixings to choose from. Dessert table consisted of 1 or 2 homemade items with the rest being packaged baked goods and cakes.
