First I would like to say that the school might be nice when you tour it with the PRINCIPLE but that's just what they want u to see, really the school will try make a rule for everything, like how they have a handbook, that they say they gave to every student but they didn't. ANd when visitors from other schools come, they threaten us with infractions, which is a form of a write up, and they have food that has no seasoning, they just probably use water. read more

They don't let students go to the bathroom often, waste things, and give students little to no recess and yell at them when they talk when they work all day. read more

kenner discovery is genuinely one of the worst school ive ever been to. i had to stay there for four miserable years. First of all, not only the students bullies and will make sure to make you feel like the odd one out, but the teachers will do the same. If they dont like you, they will pick on you. These teachers do absolutely nothing to help you or your wellbeing. And the deans!! Hahaha. what a joke. The deans couldnt care if you were depressed and trying to survive day by day, all they cared about is missing days and if you had a damn vape. BTW HALF OF THE TEACHERS VAPE. This school is a pathetic excuse of a joke, truly. It was the worst years of my life and im so happy to be gone, i sit and think about how i let this school make me feel/treat me and it angers me everytime. You wont have a good experience unless youre a cool popular kid that plays sports, cus thats who the teachers favor. Especially if youre white and sporty, they cant get enough of you. Please, do not send your kid to this school. Wether it be for middle school or high school, both are absolutely disgusting. The middle school teachers make the kids have silent lunch, which i find absolutely ridiculous because when these kids are in class and they still have energy to get out the teachers will penalize them for everything. The middle school is also hot, gross, and in trailers while the high school is "spoiled" with a prison style building. I genuinely still have nightmares about this school and everyone there, and i wish i was reaching but i am just telling the truth. I used to wake up and sob my eyes out just because i knew i had to come to this school. Again, do not send your kids here. This school will slowly but surely drain you of every bit of life you have. They wont help you with your school work either BTW, youre all on your own. I hope someone realizes how awful this school is and shuts it down. I also hope they realize that Patty Glacier or however you spell it doesnt care about the school at all, all she cares about is building more schools so she can ruin more peoples lives and make more money. This school is hell on earth. read more

The school and teachers are racist, your child will Get targeted. No action is taken for bulling, no equality. Teachers will never take your child side in a situation. There are a lot of fights and threats. The academics are alright, but most of the teachers don't teach. They get mad at your children for the stupidest things. My Kid was handing his friend a pencil and helped with his work and he got in trouble for helping another kid, makes no sense. They say they discipline students but getting an infraction doing nothing. The kids still act up and continue to bully. The substitutes are rude and dont care about the students education, they sit around and just tell the students to do the work without showing them how to do the work. read more
