This has been the best move for my kids. The teachers care about the students and go above and beyond for them. My only issue with the school has been some and only some of the administration. I believe there is a lack of authority when needed sometimes. I seems as though if it is a student with parents who are donators or of some importance those kids are not disciplined in the same way as others. I have seen some kids get expelled or suspended and others just get a slap on the wrist for the same or even worse discrepancies. With an administration change this school could be amazing!

They do such a great job of making school a fun and engaging environment. The elementary school is a wonderful environment with low student-teacher ratios, a beautiful blend of the traditional classroom with art and music built into the day. The middle school is wonderful. Small classes, personal attention, a great mix of fun, academics, and art. I have seen incredible personal growth for all three of my daughters. This is way cool because you can create anything that your heart so desires; there are size restrictions, but if you scale it down, it's doable. My first exposure to 3-D printing was when I was in Albuquerque New Mexico some years ago at a Yelp event; there was a 3-D printer and we made things. Now I am here in New Orleans and 3D printing is right at my fingertips. The instructor Sam was very patient and thorough. He explained everything on levels that anyone could even understand. And yes the class is necessary before you can operate the 3-D printer; makes total sense, whose gonna cut you loose with a $4000 piece of equipment all willy-nilly? That's right, $4K; I checked the prices. At any rate, I'm looking forward to using the 3-D printer. To be noted, there's a laser printing and some other printing devices as well. This is a great addition to the community I look forward to using it more often than not check it out for yourself.
