Experience dealing with the office was terrible. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and required me to cover the huge difference in cost, threatening to inflate the cost even more if they had to send it to collection. The office manager was combative, ill informed, and kept changing her story through many confusing communications. Dr. Barrett refused to engage with me directly, hiding behind his admin. It had fallen off multiple times over the years since he did the work In the beginning it fell off over four times within a few months including Easter day. Finally, it was cemented back and it stayed for the past few years. He eventually refunded me for it stating he "was not happy with how it turned out." I had really liked him so I toughed it out the pain and anxiety far too many times and more than anyone should have. I had even written him a good review in the beginning as he needed more clients. But now it's fallen off once again after a couple of years. Note: My original crown on this same tooth was done by Dr John Williams "Beaverton Family Dental," he's now retired. That first crown lasted 20 years (on the same molar.) First thing this morning when the receptionist called, I felt gaslighted listening to her state my current X-rays showed it was not the same crown and they later Barrett insisted I had another dentist change it! I can't tell you how absolutely insane, rude, disrespectful & finally cruel it all was. The Martha Mitchell Syndrome comes to mind. Barrett wouldn't even see me because if he had, he'd known this was the crown he installed and he would have seen he was dead wrong in insisting otherwise. Good God I'm a low-income senior and do not have the funds or desire after all the suffering I went through to have the crown recast especially once it seemed like the crown would stay on after the many, many times he had to cement it back on. He left me in pain and anxiety. Plus, I paid into his program for cleanings and x-rays this year he said he would send my partial refund? What happened to Do No Harm? If I could give them minus stars I would. Shame on them!!!

Upon being brought to the room, the dental hygienist and dentist were very nice. I came here for a filling and both of them were joking and having like conversations to whole time, which made it very relaxed. There was a small dog walking around the office, which was super cute and also allowed me to pet her while I was getting the operation done. Dr. Melika explain things really well and the fillings look great. I'm coming back for a cleaning and I'm thinking this is probably where I'll have my regular dentist appts going forward.
