Over the years, every member of her staff has always been friendly and competent each time we've been there. On the other hand, we could not say the same about one dentist that worked there. He didn't introduce himself or greet us in anyway when he walked into the room, was rude to my wife and seemed as if he had other things on his mind. My son and wife did not deserve that.
