As soon as the IV was inserted I was out. I woke up a couple times during the procedure because they needed me to open my mouth a little bit more, etc... but I did not feel even the slightest amount of discomfort. After the procedure (which literally felt like 5 minutes) I woke up, no pain really just numb. I wasn't very groggy from the sedation either. I went in and was initially impressed with the front desk people. They are so pleasant and not staring down their nose if I worried about paying for the service. First, it was so much less expensive than dentists I called to have a single tooth pulled. I was never left alone and the person (I am horrible remembering names but I will never forget how awesome she was) that stayed with me and took X-rays made a calm happen right away. I say that because I do not, or I should say, did not like dentists or doctors in general. But....when the dentist came in, he treated me like I've been there a thousand times and calmly suggested a treatment plan. I feel like a turn coat when I have to admit, there is a dentist that I trust....like immediately. The treatment plan could have included expensive root canals, but the Dentist explained the best course of treatment, far less painful in my mouth and wallet. So thank you everyone on the Next Door app and i hope this review helps someone find a good local dentist if you are anywhere near Norton, Ohio. I found my new Dentist.

The entire team is friendly, skilled, and compassionate. Every single visit over the years has been a positive experience. The technology they use is advanced, and the hygienists always take the time to explain what they're doing, making every appointment feel professional and comforting. What stands out the most to me is Dr. Salem's incredible attention to detail, intelligence, and kindness. He's not only an expert in his field, but also a genuinely good person who truly cares about his patients. A few years ago, I moved away for a time and wore braces for seven long years throughout high school. I was so self-conscious that I barely smiled--definitely never with my teeth. When I returned to Ohio before my senior year, I still had braces and felt defeated. That's when Dr. Salem stepped in.
