I DID NOT authorize of know he was doing that. I had through the case be diligent to ensure funds were held in Jack's trust. This error in judgement resulted in 8+ weeks past the final hearing before receiving any funds from the sale of my home. Be advised. Additionally, even after numerous times being told I was within my retainer for fees, and never once being asked to pay more, magically his final cost were $2,482 over the retainer. More than double for a very simple divorce case.
