BUT the front desk personnel were rude demanding (three people) I pay a deductible after the visit. If they had told me I would have not continue with my appointment. They told me they called Blue shield and blue cross (secondary ins.) instead of Medicare (Primary) and stated I have a $52.96 deductible which I do not. There rudeness in a professional office was not needed, I had a follow up appointment and it could have been better checked and if owed paid at that time. When I got home I contacted Medicare whom stated I owe nothing, I today contacted Blue Shield Blue Cross stating I owe nothing. I recalled the office and they just reiterated there ignorance. Medicare should have been contacted and billed first but they refused. Now I have to wait till the Ins. Company's to put it in writing then I have to watch all my Ins. records when sent to ensure they don't walk away with fees that they are not entitled to. I cancelled any further appointments with these people. Its a shame because I did like the Dr. Ironically his wife does the billing. My wife worked several years as a medical biller and knows what I should pay. They stated when we find out and they owe me money they will reverse the charge to my Credit Card. I'm not spending my gas money to have then reverse the charge (I'm half/hour away) they can send me my check.

I had swelling in my foot before the accident and he had some minor surgery on the same foot few weeks prior and to that. I was told by Dr. Daly to return the following day day after being examined by him the prior day so that I could be x-rayed. I received a phone call the next morning and was told not to come in that he didn't get involved in accidents and he wouldn't see me. What a let down I was rejected because I had an accident even though the swelling in my foot existed well before the accident. I WAS ABANDONED! Pitiful excuse for a doctor!

From his office and staff to his down to earth approach. He seems to truly care and listen to the patient. For a while I couldn't drive because of my injury so my father was bringing me to my appointments. He was also impressed with Dr. Wolosky and to this day when I say I have an appointment he will ask if it is with the "cool" doctor. If you are looking for a doctor that is going to be honest and tell you how it is but listens and has a conversation about your care versus dictating to you then Dr. Wolosky is your guy.

I took off work for this appointment, I had left several messages and their answer was they're closed on Fridays. It was 10 o'clock.. they had been open an hour and the two girls at the front weren't doing anything but chatting. Why weren't they returning messages that were left last week on Thursday afternoon when their voicemail states they will get back to us within 24 hours. Lies lies lies! She stated she has been billing medically for 30 yrs well I guess one learns something new every (day) pun intended, or did she know all along she was skimming? Today 8/25/2021 I received my Blue Cross statement that clearly states patient does not owe anything. Blue Shield is informing them to mail me my check as I'm not spending my gas money to go anywhere near that office. My question would be how many patients have paid when they did not have too and the Billing (Dr. Wife Ellen) doesn't bother telling them they overpaid. Patients should make sure of the charges before you see the Doctor! My wife used to do medical billing maybe she should give the Dr.s Billing dept. a refresher course?
