Dr Whyatt is awesome and instrumental in saving my other half's life. There was little or no pulse in his leg and doc said it needed to be seen by a cardio vascular doctor ASAP if none available go straight to the ER. We made an appointment with a cardio office who wouldn't schedule any tests for 2 weeks. I took him to the ER, they did an ultrasound and immediately admitted him to the hospital. An angio was done and a blockage discovered from above the knee to mid calf. If we had waited 2 weeks who knows where the clot could have gone. Doc Whyatt was right. The office staff is awesome. Dr. Stephen Miller was rude and obnoxious. Chastised me like you would a child when I looked down @ my phone as he was observing my x-rays on his tablet. I was an RN for 40 years and will not tolerate this level of disrespect. When I apologized he told me "You should know better". Until doctors treat their patients with the same respect they demand from them our medical care delivery system is doomed. read more

Got a referral from my Primary care, set the appointment a week out, txt message to confirm. Showed up the day of appointment, hand them my insurance card. Was told flat out, we do not accept HMO only PPO. Look up my network, and yes they are in network. Oh well, take my money some where else, service was curt. WHY WOULDNT YOU ASK FIRST? read more

I thought the office was very pleasant. It did take a long time especially since they booked me in one office in citrus county and i was waiting thinking they were on lunch break. We called and that office was actually closed for the day and we had to run to Ocala where the doctor was and where they should have booked my appt. Once I saw the doctor he was very personable and did what had to be done. It did hurt(ingrown toe nail) but its been months now. Today I am making an appointment for my Mother who needs a foot doctor bad and had bad experiences with the ones on sw sr 200 so hopefully she will have a decent experience here. Namaste read more

This is the most disorganized doctors office I've EVER seen. They schedule appointments for doctors that aren't expected in for an hour after your appointment time. When the doctor finally came so did the drug salesman. Of course the salesmans are more important than a paying patient so I had to wait for the entire staff to drink their iced coffees (the salesman brought them for the staff) before I was even put in a room. I was in the office for one hour and twenty minutes before the doctor arrived, and had to wait an additional 35 minutes before I was even put in a room. Totally unprofessional. They are more interested in talking to each other .The waiting room was full and three people were standing and four people were outside standing by the parking lot waiting to get in. Just greedy doctors. I'm switching podiatrist, we have a lot in Ocala . read more
