He has always been thorough with his treatment plans, he takes the time to discuss and understand your personal situation and most importantly he always considers your budget and gives you options. His new facility is absolutely state of the art to say the least..you never need to leave to go to any other place to get tested or X-rays. His staff is competent to handle everything in-house. I got my veneers last year and I couldn't be happier! I have had extensive work done on my teeth including root canals, on lays, fillings, etc. and I'm going in next week for my implants knowing everything will work out fine. He did half the job and charged me $250.00 although I had Insurance. (The fee was never discussed before the procedure.) I paid the amount and delayed seeing him till yesterday. I called his office on Tuesday, the 29th for an emergency visit and was granted an appointment at 12N. (July 30,2025) I reached there around 11:30 as I was parking my car I received a call from the receptionist informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled because they have "equipment problems". I said I am already at the door and all I needed was for him to look at my tooth (10 seconds) to see if I am infected. I was in pain. She agreed and I walked in. There was one patient waiting, she was taken in, and as I am sitting there, two more patients walked in. One after the other they were taken in. The "equipment trouble" was a big lie. I sat there for two hours and finally walked out and called the receptionist and told her how I felt about the situation. She apologised to me. If the Dr. did not want to see me due to any reason, all he had to inform me was he was busy. I went there with an appointment. I always felt that he was very unprofessional and rude and no manners. He is an immigrant like I am. I do not know what I did to him to hate me. He is hungry for MONEY. If you notice, majority of the positive reviewers are all females. Sorry, I could not give a negative star( -*) I will never ever set foot in his office. Please stay away from this guy.

The staff , professional and friendly!! They go above & beyond to help make your visit pleasant. One (of many I might add) positive experiences I had Was with Nicolette. She has helped my son & I going out of her way to even contacting us on her off day to rectify an insurance issue. Again this Dental office staff cares & takes pride in there jobs. The rooms all are equipped with Sterile equipment, clean, and the chairs extremely comfortable (not your typical dental chair) some are heated & have massages. When I found out from my insurance that they would be paying & I didn't have to pay upfront she refused to issue credit. The crown that the dentist did came loose. I called for an appointment for dentist to cement the loose crown & they refused to take me as a patient & told me to go elsewhere. I feel it's not good care, when a patient is treated this way. Please do yourself a favor and find a dentist who cares & corrects his work when it's not done properly.
