I understand that schedules can be full, but there is no reason to treat potential patients with disrespect. Professionalism and courtesy should be expected from anyone representing a medical office. Overall I would not recommend the Garden City office as didn't find anyone there particularly caring. And definitely wouldn't recommend Dr Ju. I was treated much better by the on call doctor from a different office when I called for help because I was in so much pain (was given an antibiotic) and by still another office when I went there the next day.
