Dr. Pacinelli is a personable, skilled, and attentive doctor who has the knowledge and skill set to address the specific dental needs of his patients. In my case, I required a partial denture, which was something I never had before, and I was very concerned about comfort and the aesthetics to regain my smile. On all counts, Dr. Pancelli was able to fabricate a partial denture that met my requirements. I left happy and smiling once more. I highly recommend the practice.. Lucia A.

Cost me over $700 just for X-rays. The second Dental (Pure Dental, Manorville) did another set of X-rays and was honest with me and said they also don't have tools to add or remove the type of screws I have. However, he gave me referral of a Dentist who would be able to help me. DR. ANDREW PACINELLI. When I got home I called and made appointment, the woman was helpful when I explained what I needed and said yes he can help you. He was EXCELLENT, POLITE, UNDERSTANDING! And was able to help me. What a God scent! I would recommend him to everyone whether you had implants 28 yrs old or 1 year old. Or want implants done.

You caused me severe nerve damage from my chin to my lip with radiating, throbbing, pulsing pumping pain and more. You said "it could take up to a year to heal". Your consent form should read if you have a tooth extraction by Dr. Joo kim it could take up to 3 years for your nerve damage to heal, More than once you never returned my call saying you were to busy and would call the next day. The sad part is that you are not my regular dentist and I trusted you to successfully extract my tooth without any damage. I have evidence based data that it can take over 2 1/2 years for nerve damage to resolve. I contacted the BBB to report you. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by Dr, Kim. He initially hooked me up to sweet air which may me feel comfortable. During the surgery, I barely felt anything and stayed comfortable. What was scheduled for around 4 hours only took around 2 hours. At no time, did I feel any pain. Dr. Kim was so gentle and made me feel relaxed. After the surgery and for the following week, I did not feel any pain. I did taken Motrin and Tylenol for the first two days but was able to stop since there was no reason to continue to take these pain killers. I also continued to enjoy a good night sleep even the night of the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Kim - there is no need to be nervous with him since he is so good.

I went in to have the female short haired blond dentist check a crown that has been feeling sensitive when I bite down on it. I was seated in a room quickly but then had to wait forever until she finally came in the room. I told her what I was there for she and said I needed new X-rays, so they did that and I was sitting there waiting again. Finally she came back and just started filing down my crown to adjust it. I literally pushed their hands away because I was in pain and had tears rolling down my face. She then asked if I wanted her to numb it, which I thought would've been obvious from the beginning, I said yes so she gave me that and I had to wait 10 minutes for it to take effect. 10 minutes passed and I had to ask how much longer she would be. I was told she was coming. She didn't come for another 10 minutes. When she finally walked by and heard me asking again when she was coming. She stood at the door and said "what's the problem?" That set me off and I complained about her having me wait so long and just walking back and forth and I asked her why she didn't numb me in the first place knowing my tooth was hurting and she said that it wasn't obvious to her that she would have to. The dental assistant also chimed in to say that she wasn't just walking around. After they finished and I left I made sure to tell the front desk to make a note that I didn't want either one of them working on me again.

My wife had gone here while she was pregnant and she had a good experience so I called for an appointment. Being that it had been about 2 years since going to the dentist, I expected to need SOME work done. My dental insurance isn't the best, but when I was told that I had 8 cavities that needed to be filled, I opted to have some fixed initially and wait to do the others in the new year. After leaving the office (on my 2nd visit where they did about 4 or 5 fillings) something felt off like they didn't do a complete job and I mentioned it to them but was brushed off (after the fact). I opted not to return and sought care elsewhere. At my new dental office, I was told that I had no cavities (much to my shock) and that there were a few loose fillings (which this office had done). My wife was also told that she had numerous cavities, and after seeking a 2nd opinion, was told that she had none. I work in healthcare and there's a certain way to speak with patients, and a certain level of trust you must have in a practitioner. I never felt like a valued patient here, just another source of income for them post COVID, and now I have to live with the work they did. Unrelated to my care, they actually called my wife for an appointment reminder and when she cancelled, they asked why. When she conveyed to them that they royally messed up my teeth and how unhappy she was, they all of a sudden were concerned. I may have been an isolated incident, but I will not be going back. That being said, the front desk staff was pleasant and always was upfront with communication with me and my insurance.
