I wish I could rate this place twice, once for my initial experience and another moving forward. My doctor told me to call and make sure My insurance covered a cast when I mentioned my insurance wasn't the best I'd ever had. I called and five minutes later knew it was not covered. Oh well, I thought. I cannot walk and I have a newborn. Without a brace, I could fall and hurt the both of us. I went in to be fitted for a cast and asked if I could pay up front (I hate bills). I think his name was Dan or Dave, but he said I couldn't because he didn't know how much it'd be. I told him I would be paying out of pocked, but gave him my insurance anyway so it could count toward my deductible. Fast forward 4 weeks and 1 day. I have seen significant improvements in my injury and think if it takes much longer, I won't need a brace, especially since I already have been warned it will cost around $400. I call. Katia answers. She tells me they've been having difficulty and can't tell whether it's approved by my insurance. I tell her it's not and ask if I can I just come pick it up. She says it hasn't been made yet. Without losing my cool, I say that I'm a human being and not paperwork. I have been unable to walk this entire time and could have been using a brace had someone simply contacted me. She tells me that someone called and left a message a week prior. I look and there is no record of a missed call and no message in my phone. Even if I gave her the benefit of the doubt, that's still three weeks of me unable to carry my baby for fear of rolling my ankle. I say I was not contacted and she calls me a liar (she doesn't use that word). I try to tell her that I'll have to call back, because I'm feeling heated, but she proceeds to get even more snippy and calls me a liar again. I called back after I cooled off and canceled my order, unable to justify ~$400 for a brace I'd likely not be able to use much longer. A simple apology or even a tiny bit of empathy would have been prevented me from reviewing this place.

Anyway, Eagle Highland Pharmacy, known to me online as Ostomy Care Supply, was very helpful getting me set up, letting me know what they needed to process the claim and what that process was. I try not to cut it close, but the shipments do come fairly quickly so that wouldn't be a problem, and the claims have gone through fine. If I lived close, I would try them out as my local pharmacy.

I have been going to Central Brace and Limb for many years and up until now I have been pleased…read morewith their service. I recently had a lift put on my son's show as we normally do in August of this year (2024). Within in just a month or so we notice the lift was coming apart from the shoe. I called the office and was told to bring the shoe back in and they would fix it and they did. In less than 30 days it began lifting again. Contacted them again and was told to bring it back in again so we did it was fixed and yep it happened again. Long story short within just a few months of having the lift put on I've been back to the office 4 times to have the lift "re-glued" and each time it failed. when I called again I was told the practitioner was out of the office and would call the next day. I never heard anything back. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in their service and the fact they never offered to replace the lift all together but they simply kept patching on it knowing after the second time it came off. It's obvious that was not a viable solution and even questioned if it was something my son was doing to cause it. As a result, I will not be back.

The thing I think impresses me most about AC is that the staff really listen. They know your name and they not only ask about what you need, they take care of those needs. My particular healthcare needs are pretty challenging and pretty much any day I go in their office my needs are different. This is not a cookie cutter chiropractor office. Other places I have been will do the same things over and over, no matter what you tell them you need and no matter how much or where you hurt. But not this place. They focus solely on where you hurt and help you get better...whether it is through chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, magnosphere/magnetic therapy, ultrasound/STEM technology, etc. The front office staff is also pleasing to work with as well. I never have an issue getting appointments and if I have to change an appointment, they are flexible and work with me.
