My fiancé and I moved to Brooklyn Heights last year with a 6 month old puppy who had (still has) tons of energy. We knew we'd need a dog walker and reached out to Kenny on a recommendation from a friend in the neighborhood. Kenny was incredibly professional from the moment we met him - he spent time getting to know our dog and made sure we understood how his business worked. As first time dog owners, we feel so lucky to have found Kenny. He sends us videos of our dog while he's on his daily walk, ensures he has safe interaction with other pups in the neighborhood, and alerts us if he notices anything off in his behavior or activity. He has truly helped our dog mature from puppy to "toddler" - teaching him great leash habits and enforcing good behavior. Kenny has also been a lifesaver in last-minute situations - for example, a dog sitter fell through at the last minute before we had to leave for a weekend. Kenny was there in a pinch to board and care for our dog during that time. Kenny is completely trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely cares about dogs. Kenny is hands down the best! We moved to Brooklyn Heights in July and wanted to make sure we had someone trustworthy and reliable to care for our dog Koda while we're at work and are so lucky we found Kenny! Kenny is all around a great person and dog walker from checking in on schedule, spending lots of time with Koda, giving us updates and pictures on walk progress and even handling one off requests like turning on lights or last minute walks when needed, he is without a doubt someone I would recommend for anyone who's dog is like family. Kenny even goes above and beyond, when we were worried about Koda being sick after throwing up, Kenny went out of his way to stop by and make sure he was doing okay when we weren't home and helped us find the right food to get Koda back to 100% (not to mention saving us $100s in vet fees). Kenny Albert is AMAZING. He took care of our greyhound, Hudson, and Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Grover -- both daily walking and in-home dog sitting when needed -- for several years until our recent move out of Brooklyn. Our dogs are mad about him and so are we. He has such a loving and intuitive sense with animals and is organized, conscientious, responsive, and honest. As a resident of Brooklyn Heights he's extremely familiar with the Heights as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. Kenny is a fixture in the community and has become like a family member to us. The dogs' safety and comfort is always paramount to him and we never felt anything but 110% confident when our boys were in his care. I can't recommend him highly enough! read more

Kenny has been walking my dog for several years now. My dog was hit by a car when we first got her and she is a scared dog. Kenny is the only person she feels comfortable with beside my husband, and we've tried many different people. Some days, I can't even get her out the door, but she will always go with Kenny, since she feels safe with him. Kenny is so reliable and is always so good about communicating letting me know all the details of the walks and any other info he thinks I might want/need. He truly loves dogs and will do anything for them. He even rescued a dog that was about to be put down for aggressive behavior. If you want a reliable caring dog walker, he is your man!! read more

Kenny is an amazing dog walker. I rarely post reviews, but have been so impressed with his services since moving to Brooklyn 5 months ago. You can tell right when you meet him that he is a true dog lover - our dog Dexter felt comfortable around him right away, and it usually takes him a while to warm up to people. On top of that, he is the most accommodating dog walker we've ever had. Our schedule often changes (working from home, last minute travel, etc.) and Kenny ALWAYS accommodates our needs, or has one of his trusty employees help out. Kenny watched my 9 month old puppy for 3 weeks while I was away on business. It was the first time I'd left my dog alone, and Kenny entertained all my new dog mom neuroses and met me more than halfway to make sure that my pup and I were comfortable with the new arrangement before I left. I got updates while I was away, he was always available... and while my dog was so happy to see me when we got home, he was also sad to see Kenny go! Kenny! Where do I even start? He's been walking our dog for five years or so, and has basically become a member of the family. Our dog, Laika goes over the moon anytime he's around, and now our two kids do too. He's reliable and very accommodating - if you call on a Sunday and need a last- minute walk, he's always there and happy to do it. Kenny is an excellent dog walker. I have known Kenny for three years. I have observed him on several occasions walking dogs in the neighborhood and he is wonderful with the dogs. Once I met a large dog that he walked and the dog was always calm with him but when I saw the dog with its owner it was like a totally different dog. Not sure what Honest T is talking about, but Kenny is the most conscientious and caring dog walker around. He loves dogs and understands our pets are like our children. Kenny has been walking my very scared and anxious dog for 4 years now, and he's pretty much the only one who can walk her besides the family. I would wholeheartedly trust Kenny with my precious dog! I can't say enough about how wonderful Kenny is with our Maddy and how he goes above and beyond! Not only is he reliable, responsive and attentive, but he always makes himself available when we have last minute needs. We have two dogs. A Small Boston Terrier and a large Jingo mix. On all occasions our dogs have come back happy. Kenny offers great rates for the amount of time your dogs are walked. Every dog walker sends pictures / a review of how the walk went. Kenny is absolutely awesome either for short walks or longer overnight stays. If my dog sees him anytime when I am walking him, he goes crazy trying to get to Kenny. He is extremely responsive.
