Before moving to New York city, taking care of my Lionhead rabbit was no issue. I lived in a small town, had a close knit friend group, and someone was always able to look after my little angel. I absolutely love Brian and all of his crew at Happy Tails! They take the best care of our sweet Jefferson. Jefferson is always walked for at least the allotted time (sometimes I notice a little bonus). They make sure he drinks water and that the AC is cold enough for him when it's hot out and that they turn a light or two on for him in the winter when it gets dark early so he doesn't get scared. On top of the basic care to ensure his health and comfort, they send us the sweetest updates from their walks; and Mary's photos bring us joy while we're stuck at work away from our sweet pup. I can tell that the whole team there truly loves dogs and will ensure nothing but the best for mine. They're also super communicative and quick to respond to questions or regarding scheduling. On occasion when my boyfriend and I both got stuck at work late, they were able to come relieve our Jefferson and give him his dinner which was so comforting. When we first started working with Happy Tails (or when Brian had new dog walker train with Jefferson) we were always able to do an in-person meet-and-greet and ensure Jefferson was comfortable with anyone taking care of him. Once or twice I had them come over when I was home sick and not up to walking Jefferson I could tell from the greeting that he truly LOVED them!
