Shipping that package ended up being about $15 for something that was only 0.45 pounds, which felt pretty expensive--but I know that's more of a corporate pricing issue, not the fault of this location. Because of the small amount, I paid Ms. Spencer in full and in advance, as she requested. However, once she received the funds, I could not get her to perform the services. She was rarely on time and failed to show up or notify me on multiple occasions. The work was supposed to be done by Nov 12 but by December, she had only performed half of the work. Finally, after another "no call, no show" on December 3, 2021, I terminated her contract and requested a refund. Ms. Spencer promised to refund me on December 6, 2021. I have called and texted for three months now and still have not received my full refund. Ms. Spencer is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and should be avoided at all costs.
