She then tells me what I assume was the promotions, but due to the unfortunate language barrier, I had no idea what she told me. I politely tried a different way of asking...this is what I'd like to order, is there a deal on this? "No." Okay, moving on I guess. It's unfortunate the promotions aren't posted for all to see. I paid and asked for a receipt. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes. I asked again for my receipt. I was told again to return in 15-20 minutes. I said "I guess I don't get a receipt", she looked and asked for my name. After this interaction, let's go with "Bob" for my order. I've had Napoli over the years but it's on the decline between both quality and service. The pizza tonight was very thin and very chewy and didn't leave me wanting for more. I had to get a spoon to scoop out the garlic sauce for the garlic fingers because it was so think and glue-like. I hate to say it, but after many years, I'll be trying somewhere new next time.
