Took a chance on this auto repair shop after seeing many sincere reviews and I'm so grateful that I did. When I first arrived at this NAPA Autocare shop I met Debbie, she was friendly and her customer service was outstanding the entire way. She made sure all the repairs I needed were addressed and were going to be looked at and taken care of. It literally took only a full day for them to get all of these repairs complete. I was able to apply and get approved for NAPA EASYPAY credit card in that timeframe. On top of that, the total cost was near $300 cheaper than the initial subtotal which is a nice feeling opposed to having more added to the bill. They did a courtesy top off of my motor/transmission oil as well which is appreciated. Before leaving, Debbie and Mark advise me on maintenance to be aware of, great relatable suggestions and I always leave feeling my car was well taken care of(satisfied all 3 visits).
