The trees decided to drop their leaves and my roof decided to collect them and hold them for safe keeping! I used to climb all over the roof and take care of this myself but, truth be told, I'm not comfortable doing that any more, especially with a slick roof and solar panels. Ken's gutters to the rescue! This company charged 345.00 to clean gutters - serviceman only cleaned inside the gutters, left with mold on outside of gutter in front of house and a hole in gutter directly out from front door. When I noticed the hole I was told they only patch small holes. I told them the hole wasn't there before but evidently it was too big for serviceman to mention. I also questioned mold left on outside of gutter and was told that would have been an additional charge. Additional note: when serviceman opens a gate to a fence he should also close that same gate. Ken's gutters did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. It was a big job since we hadn't cleaned our gutters in quite a while. Their tech got it all done though. We have pine trees and it can get out of hand. The tech got all the pine needles off the roof and bagged everything up. He placed the bags at the road and they were picked up. I think we got our money's worth. We will be sure to not let it get that bad again. So glad we found a company that does what they say they will. I highly recommend! read more

We had no issue with the services provided. We asked them to clean out the gutters of our home. The job was done and it was reasonably priced. The issue came after the job and their subsequent attempts to schedule additional services. I've had weeks where I'm contacted no less than 3 times from several different phone numbers either by text or call saying that a technician is in my area and they want to schedule a 6-month follow up. I get it, run your business and chase down potential revenue. But where/when does it end? We're literally being harassed at this point, and I've started blocking every Ken's Gutters number that calls/texts me. We would've considered using their services again, but they've effectively run us off. Sorry Rigels, but we're done. read more

Gutters clean, but broke a tile. When I told them about it, they told me I was told about the broken tile ( before they started). NOT TRUE. As proof, they sent me photos of a RED ROOF that was supposed to be mine. I wasn't even home when they did the job, but my wife heard them walking on the roof. Also, my roof is WHITE, not red. I guess they got me mixed up with another customer, but NO OFFER TO FIX THE TILE THEY BROKE. read more

When I called the customer service line, all she said was "You got what you paid for" Completely dismissing the fact that I told her what was told to me at the time of agreeing for service. In addition, I made it very clear that I live in an association with a very strict HOA, and that the bags can not be left at the road, but need to be left under my carport. Radford did a fantastic job cleaning my home's gutters. I sat down to watch him work, and he was teaching me about everything he was doing along the way. His work was high quality, and he even sent before-and-after photos. He was extremely kind, and he went the extra mile doing side work like clearing off the roof of branches and debris and removing weeds in the floor drain gutter. Kens gutters has done a good job cleaning my gutters but their office staff is awful. I received no less than 5 bill "reminders" after my check had cleared the bank. They call you continuously to see if you want your gutters cleaned. I told them I wanted it done quarterly but they still call every few weeks. When you try to call them all you get is voicemail and so far no one has returned the call. If they could straighten out their billing department and could be relied upon to call me only quarterly I would continue to use them but has it stands currently I'm done with them. There has to be another company that has their business in order. read more

Update... Not only will Ken's gutters not respond to my phone calls, text messages and emails, but the employee that destroyed my bumper refuses to respond to his insurance company. Do not use this company this is despicable behavior. Fortunately for me, when I called the police I got a police report where the employee states that he did hit my car. So even without his response the insurance company said they will proceed with this claim. I don't know about other people, but I don't do business with people that are irresponsible unprofessional and down right rude! And if Ken's company cleans your gutters I hope nobody falls off your roof, just saying.... read more

Excellent customer service. I called for a quoted. The estimate was provide while I was on the photo by looking at my home via google maps. We agreed to a price and my gutters where schedule for cleaning. Service was professional. Gutters look awesome. The before and after picture show the superb work. No really mess. Strange company, we scheduled their service but they were unable make their commitment. We rescheduled for a week later after waiting the 2 hour window I called and I was told they would be here in the next 20 minutes. After almost an hour I called back and was told they were unable to locate there tech but they would contact him directly and call me back. After another 30 minutes I called them again and after being put on hold I was told they were cancelling the service. Very strange company they truly don't know what they are doing. read more

They did a great job cleaning out my WAY overdue gutters. I think I was even sprouting a sapling under my Magnolia! He was very nice and helpful. They are all clean now and the covers are installed under the tree area.
