We had Aaron and Michael from Shack Shine of Tampa come out and clean the windows of my home and the windows were amazingly crystal clear. We were so impressed that we had them work on two additional building . The exterior window service is fantastic, I spoke with Chad who came out and did the original quotes and he was the person who did the follow up to make sure i was happy with their work. Great Job all the way around. We didn't try the roof cleaning but if it is as good as the window cleaning it would be welll worth the price originally quoted by Chad. read more

Do not hire Shack Shine for home cleaning. I hired them to clean this siding. They told me they could clean it and charged $250 for the house washing service. This is what the siding looked like after they marked the job complete. This was not professional cleaning. This was not a reasonable result for $250. The siding still had visible dirt, residue, vegetation, and material left on it. When I disputed the charge, they continued to demand full payment instead of taking responsibility for the result. Look at the photos and decide for yourself. I would not hire Shack Shine again. read more

You came to my house last week and you completely ruined my gutters your staff yelled at me for "getting in the way" even though I was inside of my own home. Zach Tyler used very harsh language over the phone when I called him to complain about his staff. This is the worst pressure washing company I have seen in my 30 years of home owning. We have been shack shine customers for about 4 years. Every year, they put up our Christmas lights and used to do a great job. This year, we set the 1st appointment for Friday, November 10 at 8:30. We waited an hour and 15 min and no one showed up or called. I called to see when or if someone was coming and someone called me back with a litany of excuses & said they would call later to reset the appointment. No one ever called. I then called again Saturday morning and was told someone would call me to reschedule the appointment. No one called. I called again on Monday, November 13 & was again told someone would call me to reschedule. It is now Wednesday, November 15 and I still have not received a call from anyone. Either they don't want our money or they like to ignore returning customers. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment for Holiday decorations. I was initially impressed by the quick phone pickup and the ability to get an appointment within a few days. they even sent me an email confirmation with my appointment time and expectations. my appointment was scheduled for June 5th at 10am. at 10:45 when nobody arrived I called customer service. After waiting on hold the lady told me she had no idea where the team member was and would have to call me back. it's 5 daysayer and I'm still waiting for that call back. needless to say, we went with a more reliable provider. read more

I had such a great experience with these guys that I recommended them to a friend, and he had an equally great experience. I don't think one of the other reviews on this page is accurate because this company never came out in-person to give a quote - it was actually way more convenient than that. They quoted based on a simple online questionnaire. Soon after, they called me and set up a time to come and get the job done. It was all so fast and easy. I couldn't be there the entire time, and they were fine with that - they finished after I left. They cleaned my gutters, roof, and carport. I was expecting to see some debris left on the ground after - but there was none (they cleaned up everything, leaving it spotless). My friend wasn't even home when they came to do his house - they just arrived, took care of the roof, and left. The only thing I would ask to improve is the online payment system - the people who came were great and I wanted to tip them, but was not around when they finished. I was able to contact the company and get a venmo handle. It would have been easier if I could send a tip to the company. But now you know! Have cash on hand or get the venmo handle when they arrive. read more

I hired them to come out and do an exterior and interior window wash, as well as power washing our lanai, pool cage and fence. The pool cage was done well, but their pressure washing left marks on our cool deck. But my biggest disappointment was in the window washing. The sills and around the window panes were not cleaned satisfactorily, and in a few windows, not at all. When I pointed this out, they did a half effort. I still had to go behind to get them properly cleaned. I reached out to them with both a phone call and a response to their survey, and still have not heard from them. I will not use them again. I thought I'd give them a try, but will go back to my prior window washing company. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and response to a concern. read more

Had them come out for a quote. I have a 2-story, 3000sqft... total linear feet for lights would be no more then 150-250ft. As you know, they make you buy lights from them. Year one, they quoted me $1200-1300. Of that, they said year 2+ would be just installation which is 20-25% of the year one costs. Long story short, no chance would I ever spend $800-900 on just lights! This company / rep either misspoke or their business model is the worst thing I've experienced. Rip off. read more
