First of all, Rojas wrote a very competitive estimate that included additional items not considered by the two other companies that submitted bids. Secondly, our contact there, Larry, at our request, worked with us to make an informed upgraded shingle choice as well as to make certain the trim pieces were appropriately matched. Third, the installation was scheduled promptly, and completed in just one day on our 2700 sq. ft. very modern home with several distinct roofing sections.
