Took my bike to get service and because there was an electrical issue from me putting the inner fairing on told him if it takes more than "1" hour to give me a call because it's $80 an hour. They've had it all week and when I decided to drive by there the bikes just sitting out front so I called him and he said his oh yeah it's ready. So I get there thinking I'm only going to be paying $280 instead he said it took 5 extra hours to find the problem so now instead of me paying $280 I'm paying $580!!!! Smh never once got a phone call to check to see if it was okay to continue wasn't able to tell me what was wrong with it. And then just to top it all off my kickstand is broken and there was nothing wrong with it at all before I took it there. I'm always willing to give somebody a chance but once you screw me over that's it. I definitely would not take a bike they're not even my 2 year olds bicycle.

alright i have been to the other big motorcycle shops in town and not only are they a bit pricey,…read morethey are always busy and you have to schedule repairs weeks in advance. for example installing and mounting front and rear motorcycle tires. and they did not have my tires in stock for my cruiser bike. so i found RPM and am i glad i did their prices are competitive, they do not have hidden pricing and are up front with all estimates, and got me in and out quickly same day service. now as if that were not enough, i bought my tires online and they used my item and just did the labor and went above and beyond checking my bike from front to back at no extra charge. they have friendly service and have definitely won my patronage from here on. all of my friends and fellow riders will get my endorsement for RPM as well (and come to find out they had my tires in stock!)

Kelsey in the finance department was well informed about the Yamaha brand. I've purchased a tire and wheel policy from her, 6 years, and today, I opted to buy a maintenance policy from her as well. Required service maintenance on my bike are about $500 each. This policy is for 3 years and cover the service today and over the next 3 years, I have 5 more available at no further cost. I'm retired and I plan on putting as many miles on this awesome bike as I can. The policy IS transferable too! So even if I decide to move on, I can offer the policy as a value added part of the sale or trade price. I called him to remove an exhaust stud from my wife's 06 Harley and when he showed up he went to…read morework on it.... several hours later it's late and I check on him to see how it's going and was told that he had just broke a bolt extractor off in the drilled stud and he would have to come back the following day to drill that out and finish removing the rest of the stud. I was told that he would return in the morning after his previous engagements which was fine. Fast forward to the next afternoon I messaged him several times throughout the day with no return message. So I am left with a damaged cylinder head that no other mechanic will touch and my only option is now to have a mechanic REPLACE the head!
