I can't say enough about them. They show up when they are supposed to show up, or they call you, if they are delayed to the weather or some other reason. One of which grew over in my yard and I split the cost with my neighbor. I came across JCR as Gary was giving an estimate across my street and I called him over. He looked at the trees and wrote up a quote and then he met with my neighbor and wrote up the contract. A couple of weeks later my neighbor received the OK with the permit and we had a date. Gary said he and the crew would arrive between 8:00am - 8:30am. They were here 15 mins early. The crew began to remove the trees one by one and did not stop until 12:30. I was so amazed how the crew of 3 worked so hard and fast. These guys are really professionals. Very careful and cautious. There was my neighbors garage and my garage and they did not come anywhere close to them with dropping the branches and trunks. Always wearing their safety gear at all times. It had rained and snow all day! On top of that, she did not know my name! Since then, I have heard nothing and have tried numerous times to contact them and either get my deposit back or at least get some wood chips (my original request). I have received no reply to email, calls and text. After over a year, I've had it. Don't use them! There are plenty of good tree services in the area and they are not one of them! Really awful customer service.
