Had Monkey's remove 6 trees and trim down two other large oak trees. They did a great job cutting and grinding down the trees and then Proceeded to fully grind down the stump and roots to about 8 or so inches below the surface. The crew was very friendly easy to talk with and always walked me through each step to be sure I was satisfied it was done as I expected. Their pricing was very reasonable, I know people who paid more for jobs half the size. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. !! read more

Great experience. Will be recommending to friends and co-workers. They sent a crew of 5 or 6 people. They worked like a well oiled machine. They were on time. Was told they would be there 8:00 am, and the trucks arrived at 8:00am. As the customer, that was the start of a good experience. They removed 4 large dead trees and trimmed either 12 or 13 more. They removed all the debris. The chipper was going for about 10 hours. At the end they raked and cleaned up. Looks so much better then when they started. Glad to have chosen them. They fit me in on a day when another customer rescheduled. They were professional and did the job as good as can be expected. The most impressive to me was the clean up. A great experience all around. The owner scheduled an appointment to quote on removing 4 trees in close proximity to our home. He showed up at the scheduled time! His quote was competitive and I contracted with them. Due to rainy weather and soft grounds, the office manager would call and communicate clearly as to reschedule over the last two weeks. Today was the big day. Five men showed up on schedule with 5 large trucks and lots of equipment. They were courteous, well organized and efficient. Everyone new what had to be done and they all executed together. They placed large mats to drive the trucks on, in order to not destroy our lawn. There equipment is incredible, including 127 foot reach crane, Kubota with large grapple, nice size chipper and a remote controlled stump grinder. After trees were cut and ground up, they then cleaned up the area they worked in. Excellent experience, professionally run and Maria in the office is tops. Here's the story, I call a local tree service and the guy comes out and gives me a price on 5 trees. Then I call Monkeys and they give me a price that was so much cheaper that I was able add in 10 more trees and the price was still cheaper than his competitors. Ozzy and his crew were terrific , in and out in 2 days they did a great job. They chipped all the wood I did not want to keep and left me the wood that I wanted in nice sizes so that I can split for fire wood. I would recommend Monkeys tree service to everyone. Best I've experienced from quote to finish! I've used the same tree service for the last 20+ years, but after waiting weeks for someone to come by to give me a quote, and then no clear idea of when they could do the work, I called Monkey's after reading reviews. The young lady who answered the phone was cheerful, courteous, and efficient. She scheduled an appointment for an exact time and called the morning of the appointment to ask if they could come early (Yes, early!). For the same price as my usual guy would have charged for taking down one tree with no stump grinding, I had two trees taken down, with one stump ground. The same young lady called me at the start of the week to let me know they would be here Friday (today). She called this morning to let me know it would be later in the day when they arrived and then called again when they were about 45 minutes away. Way over and above my expectations.
