Andrew recognized structural problems in my back and pelvis on the initial visit, and has continued to work on them. They are now at a point where the pain is minimal. I continue to see Andrew mainly for back maintenance because I continue to do fitness and sports daily. Andrew has made it so that I can carry out daily routines and many sports activities with minimal or no pain. When I said no, I don't have time and only came to the appointment because my groupon was expiring (I am leaving for two work trips for the next two weeks)..... He told me clearly I do have the time since I booked the appointment..... The attitude was all very unnecessary. I remained very neutral throughout the whole conversation but he continued to make me feel bad about taking up his time. He told me I was taking an appointment that could be for someone else. He made me feel like I am wasting his time and then left me at the front desk. This is all after me driving an hour from work to get to this appointment. I came here to relax and fix my back issues after a busy day of work, but what I got was disappointment and an unnecessary lecture.

As incontinence is a side effect of this surgery Triangle had assigned me to Rasika Shah who specializes in pelvic floor recovery. All I can say was that Rasika was AMAZING! Going in I had expected some level of recovery by the time 9 weeks of physio sessions were complete - anticipating as the surgeon had told me recovery could be upwards of a year. Through the pelvic floor regimen Rasika had provided me, adherence to the daily exercise program she had provided and her pushing me to mentally challenge myself with the incontinence, after only two months no longer wearing protective undergarments during the day or at night - even for sports. I would highly recommend Triangle and Rasika if you need assistance with pelvic health. Thank you Rasika.

I have nagging shoulder issues from too much sitting at the computer. I was able to make my initial appointment online very easily. I was able to pick the date and time I wanted, as well as the therapist. I left the therapist part open since I wasn't familiar with any of them. The owner of the store, Peter, actually called me before hand to confirm my appointment. Near the end of the year, they get very busy so he wanted to confirm the day before as they may have a waitlist. It was a super busy day for me so I wasn't able to respond until after the time stated on the deadline there but he made an exception for me which I was really grateful for. Peter was working at the front desk when I got there for my appointment. He let me know that normally they have comfy chairs and water out front for everyone but because of the pandemic they wanted to limit the amount of people in the lounge. My therapist for the appointment was Greg and he was amazing! I let him know about my concerns and that's where most of the focus was during my 50 minute appointment. I was asked about the pressure and he didn't go easy on me which was amazing. I feel like in the past some erred on the side of not hurting me but I realllly needed to be unknotted. I was a little tender after the massage but the pain was gone! I could move my neck without any twinging. It was so amazing! With respect to check out, if you have insurance, they can do direct billing for you. There is a separate form to fill out if your provider does that. The invoice that is printed has the RMT name and license number on it so if you submit by yourself, that might be enough. Peter also let me know that there is a membership that you can get at massage addict. The member price is the same as the intro price and you have to "commit" to doing a massage a month. He said that if something comes up and you miss a month, you just have to make it up by doing 2 the next month for example. I'm really happy with my visit here. My next appointments will be here for sure.

He has a variety of treatment plans. He tries different techniques until one works for you. Very knowledgeable. I never feel like a number here. Staff are polite and they really humanize the experience. This is a new practice that he opened up but has been a doctor for years and years. He is very committed to patients. An example of this is when I was in severe pain, he opened up off hours on a Sunday to treat me. Imagine that; coming in for one patient. I would recommend Chiro and Co Healthcare to all my family and friends They are first class all the way.

After a few sessions of manual therapy, I opted in to do the shockwave therapy in hopes to speed up the healing process and it really helped! Pain Care got me in the same day I called, gave me an assessment, and some treatment, which really helped. They did a few different treatments and I didn't feel like I was on an assembly line for treatment, which I've felt at some other physio places. The physio assistant actually spent a lot of time working with me. The staff were really friendly, and they're very big on working with any benefits you have to make sure you don't have to pay out of pocket if possible. The one downside is their hours. They're open 10-6, Monday to Friday, which, due to my work schedule, means I probably won't be able to go back to this location unless I'm too incapacitated to work again (and I really would like to avoid that!)
