An answer that kept popping up: a teacher. That told my husband and I that the kids themselves truly admire and like the staff here. It's been such a joy to watch my child and his school friends learn and grow. I thought at first it'd be challanging to work and volunteer with the school, but I found a way to make it work and it was worth every sacrifice. The only way they update the parents with your kids activity throughout the day is this outdated paper system which not only annoying to fill up everyday but it says the same thing daily that you doubt their accuracy. I also feel that the environment is unsafe. When my daughter was here she was constantly sick. There are no medically trained individuals in the facility to objectively decide which kids are too sick. The directors child looks sick all the time, but is there all the time infecting other children. BEWARE of this place. I urge any parent contemplating on placing their beloved child in this daycare to look at other daycare places first. There are a lot of other daycare facilities in the area that are better. I only brought my daughter here because we were new in the neighborhood. After asking around, we have found out there's so much more reputable places out there. They almost always have a waitlist but they are all worth the wait. Don't risk sending your child to the wrong daycare and endanger them. UPDATE: I also have communicated to parents who have left this facility with similar complaints. It's like rotating door in this facility. I've spoken to former teachers. They told me that the pay is low and management is poor and they are trying to get more certifications to transfer to another center.

The two teachers in that classroom didn't seem to like their job either.
