I have "reminded" my teachers of special requests when consistency wanes with time, but I always get an immediate and courteous response. Throughout the year, they have several weekend events that include art and crafts, science experiments and projects and open houses that include visits from book characters, bounce houses, snacks and play activities. They are very organized and dedicated to the learning curriculum, and we are always amazed at the new words, concepts and activities that our children have learned. What sets Arrowhead apart from other camps is that it is a Christian Community. In terms of the day to day life of camp, this means that campers stay with their unit for all of their activities. This provides campers with a group of people who they really get to know and feel comfortable around, which allows campers to push themselves.
