Udi kept in touch about his arrival time which was only slightly outside of the time window I had been given. He stayed until the job was complete - almost to 9pm. He counseled me against replacing the double-cylinder deadbolts (providing for safe egress during a fire or other emergency). He provided 6 duplicate keys even without me asking. This was a good contractor experience because of the ease and speed of scheduling and the diligence with which Udi approached the job. On top of that, this person was furious when I told him what I was quoted. He told me they charge so much because of his car, insurance etc...
