What a great experience with Udi at Potomac Locksmith Squad! We got locked outside of our house in Potomac Maryland around 10 pm - we looked on Yelp for a 24 hours locksmith in Potomac Maryland and found this guys - one phone call and Udi arrived in less than 30 minutes and opened our home in less then 5 minutes. Udi is a great guy, very dog friendly and just friendly in general. My dog usually doesn't stop barking at strangers, but for some reason he didn't stop licking Udi the whole time he was there. I had to pry him off of him to let him work. I had a great experience and will definitely keep his number for next time. read more

Avi was great, purchased high end digital lock and wanted it professionally installed. Called and scheduled same day appointment. He said he would be there around 7:30 called me at 7 and arrived at 7:30. Reasonably priced and lock works great...even showed me how to program it!! read more

Absolutely amazing service provider. The came same Day of my call and it was on a snow day I needed to change all the locks in my house after someone stole my purse Udi was amazing explain me everything before he did anything and make all the locks to be on the 1 key so I don't need to get confused of which key opening which door Highly recommended to family and friends read more

Can't thank enough to this guys!! ! Was looking on line for a locksmith in silver spring MD to come and change the locks at my older parents home after someone broke into the house. I come across this guys yelp page and made a call based on their reviews. Avi was the one who answered my call and he was very friendly and informative about the different options of locks and security level. A guy named Udi (i think it was Avi's Brother) came in less then an hour witch we were grateful for that. Udi did a walk through the house and inspect the locks my parents had and he recommend us to rekey the side doors (because it was a European style cylinders) and to change the locks in the front and back doors to a better quality locks. This locksmith company was beyond amazing!!! I was looking for assistance repairing a lock on an old door on the rear of my home. The door is the original door from the 1940s so I've had a difficult time replacing it. The alternative was a $800 door and install from one of the big hardware stores or door companies. I called on a Tuesday and spoke with Udi. He asked me to take pictures of the problem lock and relevant areas on the door. After receiving the pictures, he told me that they could definitely take care of the job, and that he would come out and take a look to see what exactly was going on. Avi came out to my home on Wednesday and called me that afternoon to tell me everything was taken care of. He told me to check it out when I got home and call back to make payment. Thanks to Udi at Potomac Locksmith Squad, one non-functioning door lock was efficiently replaced and then the remaining locks were re-keyed right away. Udi recommended the best replacement lock for what I needed which was not the most expensive lock that he could have offered. He also tightened the original door knobs so they no longer rattled around. He was courteous, professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Udi if you ever need locksmith services of any kind. read more

I locked my keys in my BMW X5 2 days ago around 9 pm at the SafeWay on River Rd & Falls Rd and was looking in my iPhone maps app for a local locksmith in Potomac MD - Potomac Locksmith Squad listing showed up that is nearby so I called them up and Mr Avi answer my call . My family have an AIRBNB home in Silver Spring Maryland by the downtown that I managed. I called this guys based on their yelp reviews to see if they have any solution for our AIRBNB needs. Mr Udi was very helpful and took the time to explain me the difference between one smart lock to another. We liked the schlage sance because it's used an app so i can get notification every time someone use the lock and that way we can keep track and its can be programmed through the app as well! The price is very reasonably compared to other locksmiths trust me some times they can range to the 100s but as a grad student i found that they were extremely affordable opposed to other places that would take advantage of your situation.
