On Tuesday, I went to do my laundry at your laundromat, which I have been utilizing for over 20…read moreyears. During that time, the business has gone through three different management teams. I spend approximately $60 every week doing my laundry there. While I understand that prices have increased tremendously over the years, I will say that the renovations look amazing. However, I found it very distasteful and unsanitary that the restroom had no toilet paper or hand soap available for customers. When I asked one of the staff members if I could use the bathroom and requested toilet paper and hand soap, I was told that they do not provide it because people steal it. Due to this, I had to leave and drive home, which is about 10 minutes away, just to use the bathroom. When I returned, I noticed the employee later went into the bathroom with toilet paper and hand soap for herself. Once she finished, she removed the toilet paper with her when she left the restroom. I found this extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Considering the amount of money customers spend weekly to use the laundromat, basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap should be available at all times, and the restroom should be accessible to paying customers. Going forward, I will unfortunately have to remember to bring my own toilet paper and hand soap in case I need to use the restroom, which I find completely unnecessary. I do hope to speak with the manager or owner regarding this matter. I have met the owner a few times, and he has always been very nice. I truly believe he may be unaware of what is taking place. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern.

The first time I use their drop off service I included my own detergent. When I received my clothes back our socks were separated in a different plastic bag, nice and neat. My clothes were folded EXCELLENT, SMELLED GREAT AND FELT SOFT. Since they did such a great job with my clothes I sent my daughters clothes as well. Same thing... GREAT JOB!! She is two years old so anyone with a child knows how messy it can get.. Lol.. But again I say great cleaning, packing, and just all around service. Despite when I move I will always return here!!! GREAT DROP OFF SERVICE!!! Oh yea the prices are very reasonable, I usually take my own detergent but the one time I didn't our clothes still smelled and felt amazing!!

We order pickup and drop off service through them and the service is always incredibly friendly, accommodating, and the laundering is done well. On the few instances there has been a small mixup or delay, the owner is always quick to respond to calls or messages and always tries to work with you if you have the occasional special request regarding turnaround time, etc. Great customer service (seriously the delivery drivers are always so nice and communicative!) and quality laundering will keep us coming back for the foreseeable future. The second time most items were neatly folded except 90% of my socks and underwear came in one messy lump and now I have to spend 20 min to sort through it and pair up my socks.
