Sea Waves Fish Bar is probably my favourite chip shop in these parts. The chips are nice and crispy, the fish is great but it is the doner kebabs that are incredible. I can't even attempt to intellectualise or rationalise this, there's just something magical about the way Sea Ways combine cheap sheep off-cuts, lettuce, pitta and mint sauce. They also offer the option to phone your order through then collect. A quick glance at their website has informed we that they offer gluten-free frying on Sundays. It is always really busy, so they are clearly doing something right. If you live close or are passing by and feel peckish, then it is probably worth popping in. I ordered my chips, which were quite cheap and the guy that served me was very pleasant and asked me if I was having a nice day. I think that when the staff are nice it always makes a difference and I am more than likely to return because of this. My chips were quickly served to me as they had some already ready and I left the place so that I could eat them elsewhere.
