I had a leaking silicone breast implant. My breast were symmetrical, with nipples at the same level facing the same way and the same size. I never had to wear a bra with clothes. I now have two different size breasts, nipples that are at different levels in different sizes . It is totally noticeable without a bra. It took three surgeries, the first one, the second was an emergency surgery because the implant was coming through the skin and third surgery supposedly to get everything properly done. Didn't work out that way I did say I wanted a cleavage and I do have one. so sad everyday when I get up in put a bra on and move one nipple up and the other one down to be in the range of being correct. The obvious size difference is disturbing also a real disappointment. The doctor was not listening. I said why not do them both at the same time to get the same result. When was when the surgery was done I found out he decided to just do one said he'd rather be than patients. Guess that's what happened to me. read more

I purposefully made an appointment with Dr Hasen to do botox and filler but to my surprise when I arrived, I had an appointment with Brandi (who was lovely and experienced but not who I intended to meet). ultimately i had fillers with Brandi and was pleased but I would just pay attention to appointments and who you ultimately see. I went through a mommy make over with Dr. Hansen. I was very specific on what I was looking for because your body changes after having a kid. I have nothing but great things to say during the process, I got the full service before and after the surgery. I get answers back really quickly whenever I feel a discomfort since my body is getting use to the new changes. if you are still debating where to go, I always say be realistic on what you are looking to change, pick the doctor that you feel safe with a clinic who has the supporting team for the whole process of your surgery. I had a minimal invasive necklift and it was a nightmare. I didn't have drains and had fluid buildup in area. I went in several times to have fluid aspirated with a long needle. I then had horrible scarring that looked deformed and had to have a corrective surgery which then led to a hematoma and when I got home after 45 minutes, my neck swelled up three times the size and had to go back for an another emergency surgery. I was so panicked I wanted to go to an ER, but trusted this practice. After this procedure I woke up to loud rock music in the surgery room and I was awake before the procedure was over. Complete nightmare!!! I paid several thousands of dollars to have horrific scarring, my face deformed, and trama...and never a follow up call. I was blown away by the professionalism of this establishment. I came for breast augmentation/lift. The staff is extremely accommodating, as is Dr.Hasen. The building itself is beyond clean and decorated tastefully. I almost was afraid to touch anything lol! They understood that I didn't want to miss work for certain appointments and the procedure, etc. I was treated with utmost respect. The surgery was a piece of cake. Initial appointment: you go over medical basics with the surgical tech (allergies, etc.) as well as the scheduler who explains a summary of events should you proceed with your desired procedure. The doctor will do measurements and briefly detail the procedure. The tech allows you to try various implants in your shirt so you can pick your size. You then take "before" pictures which can be uncomfortable (being shirtless) but in the end it will be cool to see the differences. The scheduler Marie will accommodate anything you need. I wanted a Friday appointment so I wouldn't miss too much work and she made sure to squeeze me in somewhere. Pre-Op appointment: very brief wrap up of what will transpire on the surgery date. The provide cleansing wipes for the patient. Surgery: Amanda the nurse completely made me feel calm and relaxed. She explained every little thing she was doing. She gave me an IV sedative to calm me down and next thing I know I'm laying on the surgery table. It happened so quickly and they helped me to the car and that was that! It was such an easy process and the pain was so minimal. They even gave me a goodie bag with a personalized bottle, M&Ms and Norman love chocolate :) TLDR: if you want any plastic surgery procedure GO HERE. It's clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I am blown away by the lack of pain and the results so far. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I guarantee he's the best in town. read more

I had Dr Hasen perform what he called Sub-scion in my forehead, (I had scars from a accident as a child) which I was in my 40's l he wanted to try doing subScion in marionette area around the mouth. Bad decision that skin is much thinner around the mouth than the forehead. It left me with permanent scarring around my mouth area. I've seen a lot of terrible work from him, funny thing a friend of mine who worked for NCH told me Not to go to him. I should have listened. After he damaged my face, he wouldn't give me another appointment, probably due to embarrassment. This was 10 years ago. Since then see bad reviews from just a few years ago. From a woman who had lip augmentation. He might be good at breast reconstruction or fillers, but don't let him near your face with a scalpel. I went to Dr.Hasen for a breast augmentation. Without going into too much detail, I was extremely unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts. I went in for a consultation, he was extremely honest and upfront about my surgery and the complications that could occur. He gave me all of my options, what I really liked about him the most is that he was not pushy at all. My results are 100% perfect. I needed a little more work than most, and he really knocked it out of the park. Dr. Hasen may be good at breast implants, but he certainly is not good at silicone lip implants. I had the procedure done, in his office, approximately 2 1/2 years ago. He must have been new at doing the procedure, because there were approximately 4 others working on my lips as well!!! Needless to say, the results are horrendous! My lips are crooked. The main reason I wanted the implants were because I did not want to have to go through injections every six months of so. Well, that didn't work... I still have to have injections in addition to the procedure!! The follow-up care, or should I say "lack of," was not good either. I felt as if the doctor was interested in his money and nothing else - $4,000.00 - 2 1/2 years ago was quite steep. To be honest right off the bat, I am not complaining about the Dr. per se, but there is a permanent make up person in his office called jjpermanentmakeupartist.com. The service that I got there two days ago is attrocious and I think the Dr. should know. I went to Jackie based on a recommentdation by another salon and because this person was located in a plastic surgery doctors office, it led credence to her credentials and ability, but I am so terribly sorry that I went to her and I think she gives Dr. Hasen a very bad name. If you have someone in your office, even if they are not connected to your business and are only paying rent for the space, that they should be vetted to make sure they do not give YOU, Dr., a bad name which is what this jackie has done. As I said above, by her being there in your office, it leads people to believe that she must be good, but she is terrible! The pictures on her website cannot be from her own photos of her work. They can't be! If I knew how to upload photos from my phone onto this website I would show you the damage she has done to me that I will now have to have corrected at my cost! This jackie cost me $700 for a total botch job and I will have to pay MORE to get it fixed! If she was in my ofice I would evict her so as to not give me a bad name! I asked her to fix it and she simply will not! She keeps insisting that it will look better in 4 wks. How? How will the shape change? How will the points on my arches go away? I don't care about the color. I know the color will change but the shape will not! I am furious and very upset! I told Jackie I will go someplace else to get this fixed if she refuses, whichh she has! Then she texted me and said if I do go someplace else she will not touch my eyebrows again, and she took the full price from me which means she still owes me $350.00! But she will never give me my money back?! My daughter's wedding is in a few weeks. She has made me look like a freak for the photos! I had an aweful experience. I had a mini neck left with a small incision under my chin that was supposed to be a very quick healing and non-invasive. There were no drains put in, I had a seroma which is fluid in the area, and the scar healed extremely horrific with scar tissue surrounding. Then I went back four months later to have correct of surgery for the scar and the extreme tightening in my neck and then woke up before the surgery it was over and went home and then had a Seratoma where my entire face and neck was filled with blood and looked like I was going to die. Then went back for an emergency surgery to relieve all of that and now I am left with horrifying neck m, chin, scar tissue, discoloration... They never compensated me for any of it! Scheduled a consultation with Dr. Hasen and had to pay upfront fee of $200 which would be applied to a procedure if I decided to have something done. I volunteer as a Guardian ad litem for foster children in Collier County. The day of my consultation, I was stuck in court for a difficult abuse/neglect case. I could not leave the courtroom or use my phone until after my appointment time. I called immediately after leaving the courthouse and was told I couldn't reschedule without paying an additional $200 fee. This seems extremely punitive since my reasons for calling/no show were not within my control. Poor business practice and will not recommend this practice to anyone. read more

I paid for a tummy tuck and a thigh lift. The tummy tuck turned out fine, but the thigh lift was a joke. I was left with both inner knees with dimples the size of golf balls. Dr. Hasen agreed to do a 'revision' surgery, however to the tune of $1,000.00. He performed liposuction with NO ANESTHESIA, NO LOCAL, but a mere valium. I screamed and cried the entire time, childbirth was less painful! When he was finished, he ran out ofthe the operating room to go on a family vacation. When i stood up off of the operating table, blood shot out of both legs where the cannula had been inserted. It has been 3 years since this horriffic operation and my thighs look as bad, if not worse, than before he touched them at all. He may be very good at other facets of plastic surgery, but if you need a thigh lift, Dr. Hasen is NOT the doctor for you. read more

With a few ugly moles, including one on the side of my nose, I had avoided having them removed because I'm a big baby. On the day of my surgery, the office team made me feel relaxed and soon I was in the office bring prepped for this quick procedure. Brandie - Board-Certified Physician Assistant, and her assistant discussed their strategy and soon the numbing solution was being injected. For whatever reason, the needle in my nose made me feel faint. They slowed down, put cool towels on my forehead and neck, and patiently waiting for me to feel better. I quickly recovered, and before long all 6 of my moles were gone. My recovery was easy as they had explained. There is no scaring and my nose is perfect. I only wonder why I didn't do this sooner. Next time I need something removed, I'll certainly return. read more

The staff is what is giving this review any stars, they were amazing. I had breast lift, implants, and liposuction (to give them a better shape). I live in New York, saw Dr Hasens work and wanted him to do my surgery. Which made a lot of extra expenses, with taking off work to fly down here. I was very happy with how everything went, at 3-5 months, I was so happy with the results. That was short lived as the one thing he asked was most important to me, was gone. I didn't want to lose the volume at the top of my breasts, that was my biggest concern. I also had lose skin from weight loss that came back as time went on. My breasts look great straight on, but I can't fill out the top of a bra, which is why I got a lift to begin with. I had a ton of lose skin still, and I can feel my implants move around way more than I'd like. I came for my 3 month follow up and I had a suture coming through (my body spits them out, it's a thing, it's annoying), and he proceeded to cut the tissue around it and pull it out, leaving a significant hole along the incision from my nipple down to my rib, so now I have a worse scar that will not fade much more. I then came for my year follow up, expressed my concern, and at first, he told me what he could do at an added cost. I spent $14k on surgery, not including travel and car rental, I wasn't about to give him another dime. He said he could do far transfer, but that's not a guarantee. Told me his coordinator would contact me the next day to discuss it more. I never heard her. All in all, my breast are better than they were before, but they are NOT what I expected. NOT worth $14k plus, plus, plus. There is no way they will be able to rectify the situation unless I got a refund (which we all know wouldn't never happen). After breast cancer I was left with a very deformed right breast. The nipple had retracted very deep inside of the right breast giving the appearance of a tunnel. Because I had had chemo therapy and radiation a silicone implant was not a good option for me. I discovered that Dr. Hasen used a technique called fat transfer where he could take the fat from my stomach and inject it into the breast. He also did a nipple reconstruction at the same time also adding fat underneath the newly corrected nipple. This is a fairly new technique but he is very proficient in this procedure. My results were fantastic way beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I now have a full breast with a natural looking nipple. He did an incredible job, it looks better than the breast I had before breast cancer surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Hasen to anyone who wants to try the fat transfer technique for cosmetic surgery.
