I had a great experience getting lip filler done here, as always. The only thing that I would suggest they improve upon is telling patients a list of things to avoid doing during the healing process. For example, I am a smoker, I thought to myself huh they didn't tell me much about the aftercare and things I can't do so let me Google it! Google immediately tells me I should not smoke anything because it will cause the lips to pucker and not plump as good as it should/could, AS WELL as the possibility for an infection! I would've never known this if I didn't think of it myself (while smoking) and look it up. Their business is great, their work is great, staff is great, building is beautiful, just make sure if you get any procedures done here that you ask for an aftercare sheet for yourselves, or write down everything they tell you not to do or to do. Besides that, amazing work, I will be returning again but this time around I'll remember to ask for the full aftercare information on paper! read more

I'm going back to my dermatologist where I get much better results for botox. I was told I have to come back for more units because "this is a process", so it takes time to see what you need. I NEVER had to do that with my dermatologist, even after the first time. Why? He's a pro and has been doing botox and fillers for a very long time. After spending $2,000 at Skin Deep (with one of their "money saving specials"!) I can testify the results were very unsatifying. I regret walking into that place. BTW, I don't recommend the lip-flip. Amazing place with different cosmetic options. I came here for laser tattoo removal and oh my lord there prices are definitely better then anyone over here period. I went for two session and each session literally took maybe 1 or less than a minute and it got the job done. They were always on time and I never had to seat and wait unless she had to get the equipment ready. I'll be returning soon to finish my treatment, I only stopped because I became pregnant and I didn't want any complications with my pregnancy. I highly recommend this place. Great staff and the best pricing around town. Oh and the owner is gorgeous. Scam. They charge to much and want you to pay for services upfront before they are completed. Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. FYI: They do not give refunds per the office manager so beware of paying before all services are done. When they have a groupon posted their charges change all the time. I paid $600.00 for 3 treatments last week and when I looked today the groupon online is for $474.00. BEWARE....Ask a lot of questions if you go and do not sign anything unless they explain everything. Get copies of all the forms you sign and have them give you a printout of treatment plan!!! UPDATE - Read my original post. My opinion hasn't changed. Prior to reading my yelp review, the owner called me to reschedule my appointment a THIRD time, since the laser was still not back from maintenance. I was treated with a long story about their technician went to South America and they knew days ago it wouldn't be back in time, but waited until right before my appointment time to cancel. When I expressed my concerns, the owner offered every excuse possible for the sub-standard treatment. She did everything BUT apologize. She said she didn't have records of so many cancellations (So, because you don't have records, it didn't happen?) I was definitely not told there was a "sick child." I was told it was "an important meeting." I think it's so nice they are now concerned for my "safety," instead of purchasing equipment that actually works. I forgot about the "chiller." The only thing it does is disperse the odor. Even that wasn't working one day because someone left the treatment room door closed and it overheated from all of the equipment. Oh the joy of smelling burning flesh! No surprise, I was also told they don't give refunds. Then lo and behold, she read my yelp review and offered to give me a refund. What a surprise! Smart business move to get rid of a vocal customer rather than fix the problems. Of course, I waited until the check cashed to post this update. I also spoke with my dermatologist. She highly recommends Riverchase Dermatology for tattoo removal so I will definitely be checking them out. read more

I am adding an update to my last review.... I received a call back from Skin Deep and was asked to go in so that a Medical Aesthetician could take a look at the pigmentation and scar that was left from my last visit. Jennifer was very apologetic and offered a great resolution. I am "ok" with the outcome of the visit and hope to have this unattractive pigmentation off my face by the end of next month. This larger scar that was left on my forehead is not going to fade easily and I'm sure more than one session will be needed. I can't give a 4 or 5 star just yet. I'll have to see the outcome and results of my next visit. read more

They are also very reasonably priced. I have had laser hair removal done before at a different place and it was extremely painful and didn't even work. I went to Skin Deep for laser tattoo removal. First, their pricing is INCREDIBLE when compared to any other place, including Riverchase. I mean literally 75% less! I had my consultation and first treatment on the same day. Jennifer, the technician, was super friendly and knowledgeable and warned me the process is going to hurt. The bonus is that the pain only lasts 30 seconds and then it's over. The chiller does an ok job of cooling the area off but nothing incredible in terms of pain reduction. I'm not sure what people think it's going to feel like when they are using HEAT to burst the ink into small enough bits for the body to absorb. You are paying for them to burn your tattoo: yes it's going to hurt and it's going to smell. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone there. I went for my first experience with Botox. The staff from the 1st phone call to my actual visit was fantastic. The front desk is professional and extremely friendly. I recieved my first Botox session from Jenny. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly where I would benefit the most. I experienced no discomfort at all. A month later I tried a Hydrofacial. I've had my tattoo's removed there last year. I came from another dermatology practice that I tried. The local anesthetic hurt more that the treatment. I like the fact that Skindeep has their own laser. The tech did a great job, being very professional and attentive. My tattoo is gone now yet my wife had hair removal and goes regularly for peels. Went in for laser hair removal, and while the hair disappeared for a few weeks, it is ALL back now. I had 10 treatments all in all (they didn't keep accurate count, but I did). The most recent technician I had claimed that the previous one had no clue what she was doing after I complained that the hair was back. Not very professional! Same thing happened to a friend of mine. I have since gone to another laser spa and have had great results. Do not waste your money here! read more
