I met with Dr. Baccaro after a breast cancer diagnosis. At first, my visit was nothing more than a standard second opinion, as I had scheduled my surgery with another physician and was simply doing my due diligence by securing another opinion - until I met him. Visiting his office was a game changer for sure. After meeting with him, I had no doubt he was the physician for me. Being faced with a cancer diagnosis, having to undergo a bilateral mastectomy, months of chemo, reconstruction, and a lot of uncertainty; it was all exceptionally overwhelming for me. From the day I met him, Dr. Baccaro has treated me in a way that I feel his care for me. He's so kind and compassionate, exceptionally bright and talented, and has carefully guided me each step of the way. He works with a great team as well. Lisa, Brittany, and Amy are so lovely and totally committed to exceptional patient care. I've been a regular patient there for months due to the nature of my needs. Dr. Baccaro and his nurse, Lisa, always have thorough answers to all my questions, both pre and post op- and everything in between. Lisa is so endearing. Her sweet and charming demeanor has calmed me through the turmoil of breast cancer. I recently underwent my reconstruction surgery with Dr. Baccaro and am so happy with my results. My mastectomy/reconstruction looks more like an augmentation, its remarkable. I highly recommend Dr. Baccaro and would absolutely 100% trust him with any procedure, especially given mine was so radical. He's a very skilled and talented surgeon with a keen eye and is truly meticulous, taking his time for the benefit of his patients. My care was terrific in all ways including Dr Bonett. I had lipo with fat transfer to my face. Unfortunately, this procedure which only allows 50% was a waste of my money. I had to then have more fillers to achieve a better look. The temporal brow was minimal and does not reflect any results, so more fillers were necessary. It took almost 5 months for one side to fully close. It kept spitting sutures. This was my body, not Dr. BONETTS fault. He is extremely pleasant, you feel comfortable in his hands but, I should have just stayed with injections. read more

I had three consultations for a facelift. Dr. Bonnet was by far the most impressive surgeon. He had taken the time to review my meds and discussed concern over elevated blood pressure and pain management. He was very personable had a great bedside manner and even if he were the most expensive, I would be having him do my surgery. I don't know if I will be fortunate enough to have him do my surgery because I have a medical history that may put me at risk so waiting for his decision. read more

Dr.Baccaro is an artist. I had very large breasts and somehow he took my down to a D. I couldn't believe my eyes when I first saw them. They look amazing. Rec'd botox and fillers. Not very transparent with pricing. After 2 back to back visits and over $2500 later, I look minimally different. (I have rec'd same work at half the price and with much better, longer-lasting results. The lip injections did not take at all.) For the amt of money spent, it should be the other way around. For the amt of money, I could have flown back to DC, rec'd my normal injections and flown back. read more

Dr. Walsh Is amazing! I originally called to make an appointment with DR. Gardner for my mommy makeover, but I was told that he is no longer doing certain types of surgeries, so they recommended Dr. Walsh. I'm so happy that it worked out that way, because my results are awesome. I had a breast reduction/lift, added small implants for that upper volume, and a tummy tuck. Not only do I look great, but Dr. Walsh made me feel comfortable from my very first interaction with him. I had previously had a consult elsewhere, and I met the doctor for the first time while I was already naked. So awkward. The Doctor came rolling in on his stool and started poking and prodding before even asking me what I wanted. Very different than Dr. Walsh, who came in while I was fully clothed to ask what I was looking for, first. It was immediately a better first impression. I felt like he cared, instead of feeling like I was just a number. I was able to stay the night right there in their facility which was great too. Nurse Beth took care of me. She was amazing as well. I can't say enough about how great my experience was, and how great I look. Even my belly button looks real, not like some of the weird ones I've seen at the beach. I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Walsh February 2023. From the consultation, to the surgical center and procedure, and recovery -- everything was 5 star. The office staff was very welcoming and helpful. Any type of surgery is nerve racking; but I felt that staff tried to minimize the anxiety with their calm presence and relaxed office setting. Dr. Walsh was extremely knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. He inquired about my preferences, while providing his expertise recommendations. My follow up appointment was the following week and I truly believe (aside from being generally healthy), my quick recovery had a lot to do with Dr. Walsh's approach during surgery. I had NO pain post-surgery. Granted, some pressure and discomfort, but no pain. I was able to get through with just Tylenol. My post op appointment went smoothly and I've returned to my daily routine with the exception of exercising. Brisk walking for right now. Anybody who wants to have QUALITY cosmetic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Walsh! I have already had so many positive comments!! read more

Dr. Gardner is a terrific Plastic Surgeon! He was highly recommended by a friend in Naples as "the best" and she was so right. I went to see him due to a droopy right eyelid which sometimes happens as we age. He knew exactly how to fix the eyelid muscle (a procedure he performs frequently) I immediately felt confident he was the right choice. I decided that since I was going to have this surgery and have to recover anyway I would have him fix some other things that have also drooped on my face. He performed a partial brow lift, and corrected both eyelids. I look refreshed... not redone. He corrects with a subtle hand. The entire experience was great, from the wonderful state of the art surgery facility, to the committed staff and of course Dr Gardner himself. If I could give them all six stars I would. read more

Tried 4 different treatments to rid wrinkles. Lots of $ and not one worked. Each one was more painful then the last. The first appointment was after a meeting with the office manager. She should have told me before my procedure that I needed certain bandages, creams, etc. Imagine my embarrassment walking into CVS after an acid treatment! read more

I am a physician who had surgery on Friday Nov. 16th with Dr. Baccaro and he along with his staff and the entire experience get an A+++. Just like any other profession, physicians know who the best "other physicians" are in town, so I knew that Gardner Plastic Surgery was the place I wanted to go to have my broken nose fixed. I broke my nose many years ago and have had a lot of trouble breathing through it over the years, especially at night. So, I reached out to them through the "contact" form on their website to see if they could help me. Brittany responded to my message that same day! She is the perfect person any business could have to make an outstanding first impression. She told me about Dr. Baccaro, offered a complimentary consult (yes, FREE consult) with him and found me an appt to do that quickly, and around my own crazy doctor schedule. When I met with him, it was very clear that he was the person for the job. He is soooooo personable and kind, yet professional and VERY detail oriented in his plan for my nose. My complimentary consult did not feel hurried at all, he was very honest with me, told me everything to expect and then Brittany followed up with me on the quote. Surgery was scheduled and 2 weeks before, I met with Andrea who did my pre-op assessment. She was super thorough and so kind to me, she laid out everything and answered all of my questions, the silly ones and the serious ones. I was able to see Dr. Baccaro again before I left. I was now feeling totally confident in the plan and in my team. The day of surgery, I was unexpectedly SUPER nervous. Brandy was my pre-op nurse and she got me all set and ready, and made me feel so much more relaxed. She started my IV and let me tell you, she is a total pro! Super smooth like nothing. While I was there I was able to see Dr. Baccaro again, met Jen who would be his surgical assist (also, so friendly). Then, I met Troy my anesthetist. Any nervousness I may have still had was gone after talking with him. He took the time to tell me in detail what my anesthetic plan was, took my concerns seriously and had me laughing by the end of our chat (with no laughing gas!). They purposefully take care of 1 patient at a time. I had all of these amazing, professional people to myself throughout the whole experience. Then, we went to the OR and the next thing I knew, I was in recovery, waking to see Leann's smiling face. Leann was my post-op nurse, just amazingly kind and PATIENT (I probably asked the same questions several times in my post-anesthetic state). It took me extra time to wake up fully and be able to go home, but Leann was gentle and patient with me. I had a general anesthetic for my surgery, but I would never have known it considering how well I felt when I woke up. No nausea, no pain, no sore throat. Well done Troy! You are an anesthesia ninja! Everyone spoke with me again after the surgery, and while I don't remember all of those conversations, I do remember the kindness that each person treated me with. I hugged them all before I was wheeled out. Literally. The facility as well, is top shelf. EXTREMELY CLEAN, modern and efficiently laid out (the bathroom is nicer than mine at home). One final note about Dr. Baccaro; he is VERY well trained, passionate about what he does, and cuts no corners. It is such a bonus that in addition to being crazy talented and off the hook trained, he is a kind, compassionate person as well. Turns out my nose was more damaged on the inside than what I thought it was, but that didn't matter because I was in the hands of the best surgeon and under the care of the best team. Gardner Plastic Surgery is held by me to be in similar high esteem due to Dr. Paul Gardner's absolute genius at his craft. I've now had two procedures with Dr. Gardner: a neck lift in 2018 and less than two weeks ago a gynecomastia repair in combo with a mini abdomen oplasty. Simply for purpose of adding to my quality of life. Both results far exceeded even my lofty expectations! The only way I can do justice to the incredibly high level of expertise and care received from Dr. Gardner and his team is to say that there could be another zero at the end of the bill totals given how happy I am with the outcomes of both surgeries. Thirty years ago I gave birth to 7 1/2 and 8 pound twins (gaining 75 pounds) and I had been thinking about having a tummy tuck ever since! I knew my muscles had been pulled about 4 inches apart during that pregnancy and since then it had become harder and harder to keep my stomach from bulging. I think I had to be one of the most extreme cases ever! A friend confided in me that she had had a tummy tuck with Dr. Gardner and said it was the best decision she ever made and she never regretted it a minute. So, I finally decided to do it. The consultation was very reassuring. He explained some new techniques he is using. A general anesthetic is not necessary and an epidural keeps you from feeling pain for about 3 days. The day of surgery, when I met the anesthesiologist, he told me about the epidural and I was a little nervous, but I never felt a thing! In the operating room some fun country music was playing and I was just in the best mood! I couldn't believe how great my stomach looked the very next morning. The first few days were a little strange but not painful. After the drains came out, it was miraculous how much better I felt every day. It's so fun to get dressed now! I was new to the Naples area for the winter and wanted to find a good cosmetic surgeon ! I made the appointment before I left the Midwest so really three months in advance because I know how busy it gets in Naples during the season . On the morning of my appointment I got stuck in traffic and called to say I would be about five minutes late ( I am always prompt usually ) When I arrived I checked in and apparently I should have taken my time because I was taken into the consulting room and after a 30 minute wait the nurse came in and said - are you still waiting ? Another ten minutes passed by and finally the Dr came in . He said his prior consultation ran over ( no apologies ) I then talked to him about fillers specifically around the mouth area and he said well it's up to you if you want to look like a chipmunk ???? Really I fought traffic and waited 45 mins for this ? I am not someone who has had a lot of cosmetic surgery done and I was really annoyed by his flippant attitude . Needless to say the consult took ten minutes and I opted not to do it I was expecting Dr Gardner to walk me through the procedure before it was agreed to but obviously I expected too much .... I was charged $ 150 at the checkout for the consult . As I drove home I called and explained I was unhappy with the experience and they refunded my money .
