Instead, it added texture to the caramel, making it more "fudge-like". There was also caramel throughout the cone, making sure there's caramel in every bite. [ COOKIE DOUGH ] A classic flavour of unbaked cookie dough with chocolate chunks embedded in their locally made vanilla ice cream. The portions were HUGE and so affordable, these are single scoops!! The gentleman asked if I wanted any samples and I got to try 6 different flavours before the purchase. I really liked how he gave me a big one scoop ($4.25 for this) , and it looked full on my cup. Even the customer, who walked out the store before me, got a big single scoop on his cone too. This place is a must try when you're in Harrison! We walked in and were greeted with a cute little interior that sold coffee, some croffle and cookie treats, and New Zealand style fruit soft serve. I ordered the blueberry ($7) soft serve and it was swirled fresh in front of us. The taste was good. It reminded me a lot of other fruit soft serve places I really like and it tasted sweet but not overly so. Yum! However, the presentation on the other hand ... as you can see from the picture, it does not look very appetizing - haha! The portion wasn't too big either. While the staff was nice, she didn't seem to be too confident or sure of what she was doing. That's alright though!

We stumbled across crèmecart at the Saturday Farmers' Market on Orcas Island. The two ladies who run the crèmecart, Michelle and Sommer, sound like they are regulars at the Saturday Farmers' Market, and other island locations as well. They rotate many cool ice cream flavors and cookie combinations. Their crèmecart Facebook page listed many enticing flavors, including: butter cookie and strawberry cheesecake ice cream; dark chocolate cookie and ginger ice cream; chocolate cookie with: salted caramel ice cream or coconut ice cream or chocolate ice cream; lemon cookie with: lavender ice cream or vanilla ice cream; gluten free almond cookie with vanilla or chocolate ice cream; and on July 4th, Apple Pie Ice Cream Sandies. How fun is that? So, like any food cart, crèmecart is seasonal, and moves around following the crowds. Thankfully, Orcas is a small island, and I promise you, they are worth searching for!
