They showed me my options for fonts, sizes, and thread colors and then embroidered one on the spot so I could make sure I liked it before they did the rest of my order. After I got home, I changed my mind and ran back over to see if they could swap the thread from black to crimson and they did so with no issues. I dropped off 13 blankets and they actually finished the entire order the same day, which I wasn't expecting. Each embroidered item is $15. They send off their screen printing orders but can also do laser engraving in-house. I was impressed with the service and I'll definitely be using them in the future.
