I placed an order on 8/1 for new home service set up: One hot/cold water dispenser, four 5 gallon water bottles, and a 6 pk of gallon nursery water. I was informed my delivery would be on 8/5, but no time could be given, only that the delivery would be between 8-5. I called on 8/4 to confirm my delivery date. The representative assured me that my delivery was slated for the 5th, but again no time could be given, so I took the day off of work. No delivery was made and I never received a call from the company. Monday, 8/8, I called to ask why my delivery was not made. The representative, Antonio, informed me that my delivery date had been moved to 8/9. He assured me that my delivery would be made today, 8/9. Antonio stated that he messaged the route manager and explained what happened. Well, it's 7:00 pm on 8/9 and after taking off work AGAIN, no delivery was made...no call received. I just called the customer service line and cancelled my order. The representative I spoke with, Sarah, was very kind and asked that I give them another chance, but I refuse to ask off of work again. When I was transferred to the department that actually cancels the accounts, that representative was less than helpful and had an attitude about "Why you wanna cancel your account?"
