Now I'm trying to transfer health services and have found it next to impossible to have my records faxed to a new neurologist. Their process of transferring has taken me hours to try and do and I still have not been provided with an address to request transfer which they say is needed. A form was emailed to me with NO address to send it to. I have spent HOURS trying to find an address. What a joke their organization is. Save yourself hours of hassle...go somewhere else!!!

She is very professional and has a reassuring and comforting bedside manner, which took a lot of my worry and fear away about the situation. Dr. Finken made me feel respected and I felt like I was part of the team. She didn't talk down to me, as some doctors do. It felt to me like I had a very complicated and difficult foot issue, but Dr. Finken addressed it perfectly - correcting problems from surgeries that had just been done by another provider. I called mid-day and they squeezed me in the same day!!! The office is great. Carrie at the desk was so sweet. I had to bring my son with me since this wasn't planned. My toddler sat at the front with Carrie while they took x-rays. I think he had a lot of fun with her lol. Doc Ethan did his magic and I can't believe how much better I feel already. I've seen a handful of chiropractors and I have to say I am very impressed. I just feel so much better. And he's a super nice friendly guy. But most of all, I went in praying for pain relief and that's exactly what I got! I'll be back tomorrow and I'm sure I'll get even better.
