I do not recommend Kercher Electric - they are rude and poor members of the Bend community.

Had a residential electric power issue, on a Saturday night, and not only did he answer his business phone at 7:00 PM, he walked me through a quick fix, that I was not aware of, that fixed the issue without a formal house call. All is well, and I greatly appreciated the patient assistance, given the hour. Left calls with other companies Friday and this afternoon and have not heard a thing. Called two days ago. No return call. Called yesterday. He said "Hello" and I asked if this was Kercher Electric. He corrected my pronunciation of his name. However he asked what the problem was and he took the time to help me over the phone and we got it resolved saving me not only time but the cost of a service call & some embarrassment as the solution was pretty simple. So embarrassed! Toiled over a couple of appliances not working - checked everything (or so I thought), replaced circuit breakers, the whole deal. OK, I was defeated, time to call in a Pro.
