I reached to MSA and Mark contacted me right away and was onsite the same day. He showed me how fighting mice in the house was a losing battle and showed me how they were getting in from outside. Within the next hour, he had plugged many holes sit traps and I have not seen a mouse in two weeks. We have 13 trees in our yard so we know bugs and mice are going to be present and I have been treating the bugs myself. The technician rushed through the job, skipped areas that are always treated, and did not provide the level of thoroughness I'm paying for. It felt lazy and incomplete. I documented the entire issue on video and sent it directly to the company. Not only was the service subpar, but the lack of response afterward made it worse. When customers have to provide evidence just to be taken seriously, that's a problem. Consistency matters. Accountability matters. We were informed that our charge will be marginally more which is okay she said somewhere around 140-160 compared to usual due to it being our initial experience, but we were never told it will be $200.00!! it came as a shocked to us.
