Our Pest Service came out to inspect the hive - they recommended Kern County Bees for removal. Called, and within 15 minutes, they were onsite and took care of our bee issue. Super nice and FAST!!! Happy the bees will be relocated to a new home and were not harmed! Thank you so much! -C

The lady who owns this business talks out of both sides of her mouth at the same time, so I would NEVER use her again. They did respond very quickly, but the man who came out was fired after our job. The guy who was fired did a great job, but the owner fired him anyway. Go figure! As you can see from the owners rambling below, she is NOT ONE to trust. One of her many lies was that the her worker was very upset when he returned from our job. When he left our house he was quite friendly and very glad that we gave his truck a jump to get it restarted.

They responded, showed up, and provided a quote. However, the experience changed once I started asking questions about the one-year service agreement and billing. Before signing any contract, especially one that locks me into service for a full year, I believe it is reasonable to ask clear questions about the billing cycle, payment dates, and whether anything would be prorated. I asked a simple question: if I signed and paid on 5/11, would my billing cycle start from that date, or would I still be billed on their regular cycle and lose part of the service period? I was not asking to avoid payment or get a discount. I simply wanted to understand what I was agreeing to before signing. Unfortunately, Rachel in billing did not seem clear on the answer, even though I had already discussed some of the details with Dan. That made me uncomfortable because billing and contract terms should be clearly understood by the company before asking a customer to commit for a full year. Instead of calmly answering the question, the tone changed and it felt like they became frustrated that I was asking about the contract at all. As a landlord who does not live in the Bakersfield area, I have to be extra careful about who I hire to service my property. I need to make sure the property is being properly maintained, the billing is clear, and the agreement is fair before I sign anything. Asking questions about a contract should not create tension or attitude from a company. I was genuinely interested in starting service, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant. A customer should be able to ask basic contract and billing questions without feeling like they are being a problem. To me, that is not good business, especially when the customer is being asked to commit to a one-year agreement.

This is my review and the rationale behind its one-star rating: it has nothing to do with Service , is more like THE SET UP FEE. ******NEW CLIENTS BE AWARE OF THE $200.00 SET UP FEE ********* The initial setup fee for all new services is $300.00, with a $100.00 discount applied, resulting in a charge of $200.00 for the first-time setup service. This information is included in your 5-6-page contract; nonetheless, it is disappointing that it is not disclosed upfront. We were informed that our charge will be marginally more which is okay she said somewhere around 140-160 compared to usual due to it being our initial experience, but we were never told it will be $200.00!! it came as a shocked to us. I reviewed my bill and discovered a charge of $200.00, which the salesperson is presumably aware of, correct? They are aware that accounts are established daily and that the initial charge is $300.00, accompanied by a discount credit of $100.00. The misunderstanding and communication from the initial sales person is the source of my frustration. All new customers should be aware that the setup fee is $300.00. Review the contract to avoid being surprised by a deduction on your phone; you will receive $100.00 credit. Why didn't' the sales person told us that there is this fee ? she knew right. **** TO THE MANAGER ****** Transparency is crucial; this setup charge must be communicated to new customers upfront. I understand it is included in the contract, but it would be beneficial to disclose it to all new clients to avoid having upset customers. Thank you. Customer number 4011085
