I attempted several times to call her and every single time got her voicemail. She called me back and left a voicemail saying it was not her responsibility to assist me she steps aside and allows the claims department to help as that's their expertise. Seriously! Not even a phone call to ask if I was ok or guide me to the right people. The claims department contacted me after she called them two weeks later to say I was upset (she has still never spoken to me). Stellar!!! Stay away from this agent.

I have not had any problems with my insurance over the years. When I call Their there's usually two people that I talk to either Sheila or Duane the agent. Both are very knowledgeable. We had a housefire claim many years ago and we're taking care of very well. One of my children had a car accident and that was handled quite well. As a whole we've been with State Farm for 36 years. Originally starting out with an agent in Hudson who retired. I've been very happy with State Farm and the way they handle claims and their insurance policies. I've equally been happy with the way this agent and his staff have been able to answer questions and assist me over the years.

Kent Payne is the most terrible insurance agent I have ever had to deal with. Similar to the…read morereview below he refused to accept the cancellation policy that our new insurance company sent to them. Our mortgage company accidentally paid State Farm instead of our new company when we first switched over and Kent Payne refused to return the money causing a shortage in our escrow. We have sent over the cancellation declaration page and the letter from the bank and he still refuses to return our money. He is a thief! We are fighting it with their corporate offices now. On a separate note when my husband cracked his windshield he told us that if we tried to file a claim for it he would drop our coverage. This is after having been a State Farm customer for almost 10 years with zero claims. We left State Farm mainly because of Kent Payne.
