I can say without any doubt that Greenberg Law is top shelf…read more Jessica Greenberg and her associate were highly communicative and very professional. I speak from experience, having had several speeding tickets in my past and having dealt with different lawyers , that none have ever communicated with me as much as Mrs. Greenberg did. She informed me of the best steps to take and gave me wise advice on how to mitigate my circumstance prior to my court date. Not only did her advice earn me a dismissal, her suggestion of attending NTSI driving course online helped me understand and change my perspective of everyone's responsibility when behind the wheel of a vehicle. She is an amazing woman who knows her trade. Thank you, Sincerely.

Writing this review is unusual for me, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent…read moreothers from making the same mistake. We hired Patrick Henry to represent us in a case against our builder involving contract defects and a switch from a high-quality product to a significantly inferior one during the construction of our million-dollar home. Initially, Patrick seemed confident in our case, citing strong evidence we provided during our initial meeting. This evidence included emails and video recordings clearly supporting our claims. However, our optimism quickly turned to disappointment and frustration. Despite assurances of a robust defense, Patrick's performance fell far short of expectations. Communication was a major issue--weeks would pass without updates, and when we did receive communication, it was often vague and lacking substantive information. He became aggressive and frustrated because we requested case updates. We found ourselves continuously chasing him for updates, only to receive bills for work that seemed non-existent. When we did manage to connect with Patrick, his responses were defensive and dismissive and rather rude. Rather than addressing our concerns or providing clarity, he seemed more interested in justifying his billing practices. His dismissive attitude towards our legitimate inquiries was unprofessional and exacerbated our frustration. As the case progressed, Patrick's behavior towards opposing counsel was surprisingly timid and accommodating to opposing counsel. Instead of advocating forcefully on our behalf, he appeared hesitant to challenge the other side, almost as if he sought their approval. His lack of assertiveness in negotiations and reluctance to set clear demands further undermined our confidence in his abilities. After months of ineffective representation and escalating costs, we made the difficult decision to terminate Patrick's services. We promptly hired a new attorney recommended by a trusted friend, who reviewed our case and confirmed its strength based on the evidence we had initially presented to Patrick. The difference was remarkable. Our new attorney approached the case with diligence and professionalism, promptly securing a favorable settlement that Patrick had failed to achieve over several months. This outcome underscored just how ineffective Patrick's handling of our case had been. In hindsight, our experience with Patrick was not only disappointing but also detrimental to our legal position. His lack of communication, ineffective advocacy, and apparent prioritization of billable hours over client interests were unacceptable. We had entrusted him with a critical matter, and he failed to deliver even the basic level of service expected from a professional attorney. Also, to go back to prior to hiring Patrick, we viewed his Google Reviews and noticed that in all of the negative reviews he would state that he had no relationship with this client and it was a competitor that was posting the review to tarnish his name. We saw this and accepted this reasoning and after meeting with him he made us feel that he could take care of the case especially with all of the evidence that we had. We didn't get a strong sense of intelligence during our initial meeting but we also didn't feel that we needed it based on the evidence. If this response is provided to this review, we can followup with email evidence to ensure you this is an accurate review based on our experience and we are not a competitor or some fake person. We will be looking into filing a claim with the board for attorneys on his law license as well as we think he violated proper attorney behavior and again utilized our case as billable hours only. In conclusion, I strongly advise against hiring Patrick for any legal representation. His conduct and performance fell well below acceptable standards, and his actions during our case were more harmful than beneficial. If you're seeking competent legal representation, look elsewhere--someone who will prioritize your case and diligently pursue your best interests.
