Linda recently helped us buy our first home in Kerrville. We were so happy with the entire…read moreprocess! It was a very fast move for us due to moving jobs. Linda responded to our initial email within a day, and had us set up to see several houses a few days later. She was open with us on locations, drive time to our work, and any problems we might face within the houses we looked at. Finding "the" house quickly that day, Linda helped us decide an offer price and we ended up closing with equity already in the house! Yay! The entire process from contacting her to closing was about 45 days. What we enjoyed the most about Linda: She always answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly and with knowledge. She negotiated with the seller to allow us to lease and move in before closing so that we wouldn't have to move twice! She was always on time for appointments and quickly sent documents and communication. Even our Lendor said she was on top of her game! She was completely honest in every communication... if it was going to be 3 days she told us... if it was a difficult negotiation (closing costs, offers, getting the lease prior to move-in) she told us up front! No sugar coating, which we really appreciated! She caught some errors on the closing documents at the table and had the title company correct them. I don't know that we would have caught it! I'm sure that there is more we could say! I would reccomend Linda to anyone, and we would use her again (hopefully not anytime soon!)

My experience with Ranch Enterprises, and it's subsidiaries, begin in 2009. I'd read bad reviews,…read morebut knew the land where I was hoping to buy, (my father and uncles leased that ranch in the '70s), and I also found their terms acceptable. My household finances had suffered a serious blow in 2005 that led to our credit being less than stellar, so I understood that in order to get the property we wanted we would have to pay a higher interest rate. I also understood that because the Seller was holding the note, whatever land I bought would be priced higher to cover the Sellers's cost. (That's business!) In 2009 we bought our first tract, added an adjoining tract in about 2012, and a third in about 2014. We had a total of 408 acres and built a house on the first tract, living off grid when we weren't away working. In 2021, after a health crisis, we sold all three tracts and made a decent profit. Between 2009 and 2021, we had times that we struggled with employment and later on, declining health, and every single time that we got in a financial bind, I called the main office and they worked with us. To Daniel L. - You do understand that this is Texas and in Texas it is rare to purchase lands where the oil & mineral rights convey, don't you? To Nineteeth J. - Please let us know what county and ranch this was in because this has NOT been my experience. As a Seller and Seller's Agent, title had NO problem with the title searches and giving Warranty Deeds to the Buyer at close. The 'subdivision' surveys used in all deals I've been a party to have been valid and acceptable to lenders. *I am a retired licensed agent and not anyway associated with Ranch Enterprises.*

WARNING! BEWARE! Bad biz practices. Have a history of…read moreselling land that belongs to someone else and other corrupt practices . According to the title co lady, this has happened before. It happened to my family. They will not own up to their mistake. Then when confronted, they pretend they forgot. They forget there's a communication trail between sales person and customer. No new land surveys are provided for their properties that are up for sale. Found nothing but bad reviews later on about this company, which is is also under different names. Such as: "Texas Lehmann Brothers" and "Texas Trophy Properties" Same owner(s) tho: Cory and David Lehmann.
