Linda recently helped us buy our first home in Kerrville. We were so happy with the entire…read moreprocess! It was a very fast move for us due to moving jobs. Linda responded to our initial email within a day, and had us set up to see several houses a few days later. She was open with us on locations, drive time to our work, and any problems we might face within the houses we looked at. Finding "the" house quickly that day, Linda helped us decide an offer price and we ended up closing with equity already in the house! Yay! The entire process from contacting her to closing was about 45 days. What we enjoyed the most about Linda: She always answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly and with knowledge. She negotiated with the seller to allow us to lease and move in before closing so that we wouldn't have to move twice! She was always on time for appointments and quickly sent documents and communication. Even our Lendor said she was on top of her game! She was completely honest in every communication... if it was going to be 3 days she told us... if it was a difficult negotiation (closing costs, offers, getting the lease prior to move-in) she told us up front! No sugar coating, which we really appreciated! She caught some errors on the closing documents at the table and had the title company correct them. I don't know that we would have caught it! I'm sure that there is more we could say! I would reccomend Linda to anyone, and we would use her again (hopefully not anytime soon!)
