I came to my appointment early to make sure I got all my paperwork done only to find out that they had booked another patient at the exact same time as me. When I was finally able to see the doctor, she rushed through speaking with me and barely explained what was wrong and what could be done before she ran out the door. After getting the run around with the administrative staff about setting up an offsite lab test over the next few days I decide to cancel all future appointments with this doctor and seek help elsewhere. At that point I thought my trouble with this office was over. I was wrong. The staff kept both of my appointments on record and I have now had to call twice to get them to cancel them.
