Then came their change of heart, after my insurer cleared up the misunderstanding and paid them. Source for Wellness said I could return for a service, once again paying a copay. So I made an appointment for a service and came to a very clear understanding with them that my insurance was indeed covering the treatment. I did this BEFORE the appointment so that there would be no misunderstanding on the day of treatment. But since my appointment was in the evening there was nobody in their office to settle payment before the treatment. So imagine my surprise when a couple of days AFTER the treatment, I was informed by them that I now have to pay for all services up front and then request reimbursement by myself. If I had known they'd make me pay everything up front I would not have come. The reason I chose this place was specifically BECAUSE they said earlier that they accept insurance. I'm done.
