This is long overdue as I began seeing Dr. Josh during my third trimester of pregnancy. Not only did he relieve pressure and bring relief to my achey body, but he was minimally invasive meaning he did not do more than what was necessary. I've been to other chiropractors who get "crack" happy and just go overboard with adjustments. Not Dr. Josh, he was even mindful of avoiding certain approaches to ensure he did not induce labor. Fast forward to roughly four months postpartum... I have been seeing Dr Joshua for over 6 months after a knee and back injury and he was extremely thorough in assessing and treating my issues. He would answer any questions that I had and would always explain what his plan was prior to each session and targeted each muscle and joint while explaining the anatomy and mechanics of the motions and adjustments that he performs. If I could give 10stars I would. In only 3 visits Dr Josh has helped me regain range of motion in my left shoulder and hip from long standing injuries from being an athlete. He also fully relieved me of radiculopathy and facial numbness after hitting my head from a fainting spell. I convinced my fiancé to come along today in hopes of getting him adjusted and sure enough Dr Josh squeezed him in while taking the time to make him comfortable throughout his entire experience. Today was the third session I had with Dr. Pollack. I went to him because I was tired of having so much pain that it interfered with my daily life. I originally went too see Dr. Pollack because I was suffering with daily headaches that I couldn't find the cure to. Still not 100% sure what was causing them, but I'm sure there were several factors at play. However, I do know that after my first 2 adjustments my constant headaches went away. tl;dr--if you want excellent care and a friendly, enthusiastic expert to get you to recovery, go to Dr. Pollack!  Experienced immediate and lasting relief!  Responsive for scheduling, pandemic-friendly office, great bedside manner. I found Dr. Pollack's practice via Yelp and decided to try his office based on the long list of great reviews already here.  He's very responsive: I left a message hoping I could be seen the same day (it was already late afternoon) and got a call back within 15 minutes.  I was able to see him 20 minutes later!   I wanted to see a chiropractor mainly because of lower back pain that would keep resurfacing for the last 5-6 years.  Not only has it prevented me from doing the variety of physical activity that I love and that are part of my healthy lifestyle, it also brought pain to little everyday activities. I have seen physical therapists and acupuncturists for the pain which would sometimes bring temporary relief.  However, I was never really offered a specific diagnosis and I didn't know how to prevent the pain from coming back.  Dr. Pollack's assessment was thorough and pointed him to a specific injury with my back muscles and his initial adjustments brought immediate relief!   Dr. Pollack's bedside manner is fantastic.  Very kind, friendly, respectful, and recognized my nervousness at a first adjustment.  It went great!  He patiently explained everything as he went along and made sure I felt comfortable.  His office is also quite welcoming and calming.  Seeing a healthcare professional during a pandemic can be nerve-wracking so to see that he follows pandemic best practices is reassuring as well. Old injuries and kinks were building up on me, then plantar fasciitis appeared. I've seen Joshua 3 times and he spends a good deal of time on my ailments and working on my fascia. At the end of the treatment he uses cold laser on the trouble spots while I recline in a zero gravity chair. I have left his office feeling relaxed and my shoulder has improved.
