KES drivers are the worst. We live on a corner in a residential neighborhood, and they are constantly blowing through the four-way stop without even slowing down. We frequently see them double parked in downtown Mount Kisco, or cutting off other drivers. We were just cut off by a KES driver on the Sawmill, and the car proceeded right down the middle of the parkway, straddling both lanes. How does this company even have a license to operate? For the sake of your neighbors, please do not use KES Dispatch. read more

We ordered a taxi for my 86 year old Mom, for Saturday evening. She actually went in person to confirm the details with the woman there. After numerous calls to the taxi company (each time being told "He's on his way, 2 more minutes,') she called her friend who was waiting at the theater to say she couldn't make it, she had the tickets so her friend also couldn't go. Then when my Mom called the taxi company today to complain, they said" hello? I can't hear you, " and they hung up. From my Mom: "I would give KES Taxi, Mt. Kisco a rating of 0, if I could. I made a reservation on the day needed, approx. 11 AM for pick-up at 6:45 PM. At 7 PM I called & was told "they were on their way" & disconnected me. Finally at 7:40 I called, could not understand the person on the other end, but told them not to come, as it was too late to make the show's 8 PM start time. I was left holding 2 tkts at the cost of $100+ & my friend at the theatre was left without a ticket returning home after an hour drive & missing the performance. After this wkend, today Monday, I called to speak to the dispatcher & after 30 seconds, she disconnected me again. This company should not be in business. " read more

Absolutely terrible drivers who disregard any and all traffic laws and regulations. They speed, blow through stop signs, and give inappropriate gestures to other drivers. Seriously, book with anyone other than these people. They have been a constant problem on the roads of Mount Kisco for years. Anyone who is in this area can tell you how bad these people are at driving and how dangerous they are on the road. read more

KIM, KIM, KIM. Do yourself a favor and ask for Kim. Then, once you have Kim's number, save it to your phone. In my contacts, she's listed as Kim Amazing Cab Driver! I commute to Mount Kisco and have been staying in the area and call taxis as least twice a day. Kim is amazing and has organized all of my rides. In such a place where Uber is unreliable, it's such a peace of mind knowing that you'll have a ride (especially when you have a train to catch). Kim is amazing, professional, and with her on dispatch I know that drivers will be where they need to be at the right time. A huge thank you to Kim and her drivers! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. 5 reasons: 1. I called and was hung up on. I called back because I didn't have cell service to look up another company. I gave them the name of the business as well as some landmarks. 2. He hung up as I was listing landmarks. I called back 20 minutes later and he says I don't know where you are. I explain again. 3. He finally shows up and beeps as he is driving in the lot, so rude! 4. Music is blasting and he acts like he doesn't understand when I ask him to turn down the volume. Finally I say Music off and he gets it. 5. Charges more than the taxi's in this area. It was a throughly aggravating experience . read more

worst taxi they answer the phone in a bad mood, and they are always late. they treated my mom really bad.

i have used them for rides around mount kisco for years. you have to call at least a half hour in advance of anywhere you want to be. but the prices are good and the service is pretty reliable. they aren't a limo service, more just for quick rides around town. read more

Their drivers drive like they are on a race track. Cut other cars off without a care in the world. They have no consideration for other people on the road. They never use their turn signals. Not safe for anyone. read more

Called for a 430am pick up. They were there at 425. Great, reliable and courteous service! They are my new go to for taxi service.

Called on a snowy day to arrange a pick up and was told that they would not send a car because they "remembered my voice" and said that I had scheduled pick-ups (multiple) in the past and was a no-show. Impossible. I live in Manhattan and am only up here for the week to house sit. read more

Called for a pick up for a very short ride and was told it would be $5.00, ok no problem. Asked if I could pay over the phone with a credit card and was told they wouldnt take a credit card for anything less than $20.00 and then hung up on me. So unprofessional and rude! read more

Only exists because Uber not yet taken over the area. Charged 3x the cost for a 15 minute ride. Only used them because we were bad wireless service area and couldn't get Uber. An expensive mistake we won't make again. Will soon be extinct with the rest of the cab companies. read more

I had called for a cab at 7:43 am. The dispatcher said it would be a 5-7 minute wait. I didn't care about the wait since it -4 degrees outside. 10 minutes go by, no problem I get that they are probably busy, 15 minutes go by and I call back. Dispatcher says they are on the way. 20 minutes now waiting I decide to walk. Not to mention I'm already recovering from a cold. Thank you KES for not showing up. I'll make sure to tell everyone not to call you guys. read more

I booked another taxi company at Mt Kisco first and it just didn't show up. So I call Kisco express in an emergency and the driver show up in 5 minutes. read more
