I called back to speak with the owner and the circular conversation led no where and no money was refunded. Had the dispatcher been honest about when the driver could get me in Bedford to get to Mt Kisco- I could have called another company or gotten a ride elsewhere. I relied on this person whom I've known for years to know his job and relay information truthfully. I was terribly wrong to do that. After years of friendly service, often quiet helpful - this dismissive lack of customer service ends the relationship. Business don't treat customers that way.
