But honestly, after spending over $700, I'm just really disappointed with how everything turned out. My highlights came out chunky and uneven, nothing like the soft, blended, lived-in look I asked for (in addition, the blowout I got during my first appointment was the WORST blowout I have had in my entire life). I went back twice to get it fixed, and I could tell they were genuinely trying, but it still wasn't right. The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The designs and care they've done for me over the years have been amazing, and I always leave (and return) happy. Highly recommend! All pictures are of my natural nails.

I use their dry area and restroom to dry my hair since it's DIY and the place was organize and really prepared for what would a client need. Hoa my specialist, she's the best! Makes you feel so relaxed to the point that I always on the verge of falling asleep. She's really passionate with what she do and enjoys it so much. The vibes in this spa is pretty light, when we visit always have packed of clients for nail service. They have more services that we haven't tried and hopefully could still get to try it.
